Too many trims over the past year

I need to take care of myself

Finally I am on vacation from work....life has been hectic for me but God keeps me together... Hair care and fitness helps me to alleviate my stress levels.. I am married with a son so me time can be hard to obtain.. I'm in my 40's now and that is a mental and physical adjustment... I have less energy. My hair growth rate seems to have slowed down...I'm reading info on ways if can improve this.. For now I will try to relax at home this week while I am off.
