Honestly I didn't get to experience much of this eclipse since I didn't have one one those special glasses but the atmosphere was definitely different when it happened. I kind of wish I did go to Spain to experience the full eclipse because I think that would have a been a great experience. Anyway, this is what we got in our parts of the country (excuse the lighting):
19 songs and 18 costune changes for the goodbye tour of Soy Luna? She didn't have that mant changes in the previous tours but then again, I think there were more songs to perform.
I honestly don't know if it's true about what's going around on Twitter because well, fake news is always around.
But it's circulating the head writer wants do a movie with Lutteo in mind.
What's also going around is the original plot. I do think it would have been interesting to see a new trainer falling for Luna but stil sticking with Lutteo. If this was the plot that was so bad that Michael said, I don't see it. At least it's not as bad as bringing the old love triangle back.
I have to give it to them at least, they did make a lot of parallels in Volver A Rodar to previous seasons.
Lutteo definitely has a lot of them.
I came across a video that showcased a lot of parallels. This is probably the director's work and not the writers. That's one of the things they did right.
If anyone is interested although I'm not sure anyone is but I might have found a way to make the episodes of so called new season available with English subtitles. Let me know if you're interested.
This blooper of Ruggero diving into that pool the wrong way in the first episode is apparently something very memorable for Ruggero since he keeps bringing it up even in the behind the scenes video posted on social media. Tbh it did look painful.
You can honestly tell sometimes when the actors fell out of their character because the couldn't hold in their laugh. Honestly how did they get through these PAPA scenes?
On another note, the way these episodes are edited together is so different from the other seasons. Since I've been uploading scenes. it's been hard because some scenes just flow right into another scene. These scenes are also either 30-50 seconds or 3 minutes. Luckily there is some in between but still.
I'm also so used to the continuation of scenes into the next episode that I expected to see something different at the start of an episode.
That's why even though I loved the Lutteo kiss scene in episode 9, it still felt off because these two always talk after they kiss, except for 1x80. Of course that makes it easy to imagine what they could have done afterwards.
Putting Más Linda in the background was definitely a choice when Luna was running around Buenos Aires, the song talks about being happy single basically.
Tbh all these songs didn't really have much significance in where they chose to perform the song or when these songs in the background sounded. There was no significant moment for these songs.
it stil does not make sense to me did luna run to Mexico like what she was running to simon what crazy to me is but ok then she saw simon with lola and then suddenly she had a whole new outfit on in Mexico like that does not make sense. People are saying that it was a Dream cause it had the same colourgrading as the alfredo dream
Yeah, these last few scenes were confusing. They never did show how she suddenly showed up in Mexico because what was even the point of her running all over Buenos Aires if she was going to Mexico. Airports usually are far from the city center.
It would have been easier to let her call a cab and say I want to go to the airport to make it clear. Having a different outfit is also strange if she couldn't wait to confess her feelings, as I've said before, you'd expect her to be in the same outfit because she would have had no patience to tell this to Simón.
I felt a disconnection between the scene of her running around and her showing up in Mexico, I can't explain why.
The thing with the colourgrading of the scenes of Alfredo/Luna and that Lumón scene is that they do both happen during sunset and that dictates the colours a lot.
I feel like it could be interpreted as a dream because of the scene after that where Luna is skating through Cancún and Simón's voice over asks what she was thinking about and that Luna answered she was thinking about a dream she had last night.
I do very much think adding that particular scene is ambiguous and an odd choice for a finale.
i really think if we got a lutteo endgame the fandom would not have been this negative. Like it was not a bad season just the lumon endgame and the way simon was behaving just made it bad.
I'm not so sure about that. A lot of people didn't want to see the love triangle return. If they left it out, the season would have definitely been better.
I can admit it did have some good scenes and it did have potential like the trauma of Luna's accident, Azúl making it harder to recover. Matteo being more mature and showing Luna his support in any way that he can.
Simón was definitely on of the biggest flaws of this season. Not just his behaviour but his entire storyline this season is Luna and not much else. They could have explored his passion for music and maybe they could have shown how it hasn't worked out so far.
The problem is mostly that Simón didn't show any character development of the past seasons. He literally fought tooth and nail to defend Ámbar, even going against Luna because he was convinced there was good inside of her. He was the character that always saw the best in everyone even if they didn't show it.
This season, that character trait seem to have disappeared by having him be mad Matteo was calling while he met up with Luna, accusing her of being plan B. Saying Matteo was just playing with her feelings and that he loved Luna more. While in season 3, he downplayed what he felt for Luna and saw how much Matteo loved Luna.
Ok, I've asked about what they'd do if they entered a water park... but what about an amusement park? (i've tried to check if I've already asked this; and if I had, then, well, we have some new ones who signed up anyway so they get to reply to it now lmao)
We're taking the dcla characters and bringing them to a park filled with roller coasters, carousels, free fall rides, maybe some horror and love attractions... and whatever you may have at an amusement park! You don't need to pick a real amusement park (unless you want to!), you can just make a generic park with the typical types of rides and games you can play, etc.
What's everyone up to? Who's going on all the rides? Who's skipping out, either cause they're too scared or gets sick going on them and just holds everyone's bags for them? Anyone who tries all the game booths trying to win? Anything can happen at an amusement park!
Luna would have a lot of fun trying out all the attractions, Camila woud as well and so would Simón. Luna would also be on a carousel even if people think she's too old for it.
Violetta and Nina would need some encouragement to go on thrill rides like a roller coaster or a free fall ride.
I don't really see Jazmín or Ludmila going on a lot of rides, definitely not water rides because they're afraid to get wet.
Jim and Yam would also try a lot of things just like most of the characters but I can see them be afraid of a rapid river ride in these round boats, specificaly a rapid river ride with a whirlpool.
With the slower rides that are just for example a boat ride around a lake, the characters would see that as an excuse to be romantice. Nina definitely likes this ride when she goes on it with Gastón.
Francesca probably has doubts about going on a long flume ride but Diego would convince her if he tells her he'll try to keep her dry.
León and Violetta would go on all the slow rides together for some romantic time. He would also partake in these shooting games to win her a plushie. Most boyfriends would, they wouldn't care if there was an extra charge, they'd happily pay.
I can see Matteo trying to dare Luna to go on the wilder rides even if she has her doubts. There's this particular ride I'm thinking of called 'The Ride to Happiness' which is an attraction in Plopsaland in Belgium. It's an extreme spinning coaster that has a lot of loops but the cart also spins at the same time. I can see Luna being a little scared of that one but Ramiro and Matteo would say this is no big deal, they could even do it with a full stomache (which you really shouldn't) and they would go in it just to show off.
I do think there are some rides no one would go in like these sledgehammer things but maybe Andrés would try to do so just for the heck of it.
there is a voicenote going around of karol saving she was not happy with the season. I really think they wanted a lutteo endgame but Mike did not
Ruggero also did say in an interview that after seeing the season, he can understand why people were disappointed.
But honestly, I can't tell for sure if they mean what they say. It might just be damage control because of all the negative reactions the season got.
Because they were enthusiastic about the season before it was released. I can't tell for sure how they feel about the finale, all I know is that they were happy to be back after so many years.
