She woke to the subdued light of the operating theatre. She lay under the overhead light, weak and confused. She was soon aware that she was restrained to an operating table and naked, except for the sterile drapes which were arranged so that was exposed the length of her chest and abdomen. She was awware of the surgical staff and tried to cry out to them, but barely a whisper escaped her lips. They were aware she was conscious, but paid her little heed. She had no idea what they were going to do to her, and with the help of the anaesthetic, she never will.

Here comes the mask!

The patient is fighting the mask but the nurses are experienced in dealing with this. They push down the patient's head and hold her hands. As the mask is brought close to her face, the she can already smell the gas coming out of it. This causes her to struggle even harder. She manages to take in a last deep breath of air, then the mask is put down on her face...

The patient continues to struggle but the nurses tightly strap on the mask. At that point, she has already lost the battle. For a few seconds she manages to hold her breath but then she is forced to take in the gas that the doctor is giving her ...

After a few breaths, she is not fighting any more...

I see everyone is scrubbed in and ready. All my instruments are laid out properly? Good. We shall proceed then. The patient is spread out in lithotomy position as I instructed. We’re gonna be operating on the patient’s bladder and anal cavity per-instruction of the patient’s master. Let’s first start with inserting a scope in the patient’s urethra and increase the opening coming out the bladder. We will decrease the patient’s urinary reflex by doing so. Then we will snip the patient’s bum in a non-repairable manner and induce fecal incontinence. Further body modifications may be in demand for this patient in the future so we will keep them in the clinic in a light semi-conscious sedated state until they are deemed ready to go back to their master or receive further treatment via surgical or medication induced.
