After turning 30, I am more health-conscious. And who is more health-conscious than my mum?
I decided to document some healthy food-making & preparation process while at home with her. Photos to follow.
1) Duck eggs fermentation - clean eggs with 高粱酒 50% + , cover eggs with salt, wrapped it in plastic wrap for 20 days
2) Crispy vegetable preparation in non metal plate - Boiling water put sugar + distilled vinegar ; scoop up immediately, let dry
3) Blood flow secret : ginger 40% , garlic, lemon, honey, vinegar (15% each)

What? I haven't post for that long?
Round table feast I missed during chinese new year! Not my scene anymore I guess now that I don't live in Malaysia :(
This post is to combine all the love and influence I keep close to me when it comes to food: Kenyan, Malaysian cuisine and South Indian cuisine. Clockwise: Kevin stews chicken with soba noodles and fresh greens from the garden, fusion Indian cuisine from San francisco, and my classic herbal chicken with salmon and mushrooms.
