This is a place called "Palchuram" or "The Milky Mountain Road". It is a mountain village and hairpin road near Mananthavady town in Wayanad district of Kerala in India.

This place even has waterfalls. It is actually a best journey through this road. Even though few may feels dizzy because it is like taking rounds (as you all know how travel on mountains will be) but still the place is worth to go.
