I dare say this is very good malay stir-fried flat rice noodles. Doesnt make me thirsty nor with a too-full feeling after having it each time.

Too hungry. Cooked prawn omelette to go with fresh homemade noodles. It’s delicious with some chopped spring onions. This reminds me to go stock up on flour! Feel like having pasta tomorrow!

It's all about the roux. Without it, this soup is nothing. Roux is just equal parts of butter and flour. I used 60g butter:60g flour roux for this pot of minced meat-vegetables-mushroom soup. It is so awesome that everyone asked for seconds. Ya, let me finish my online slots game first. Am on a winning streak and will be cashing out very soon. Mebe then, we just just hop over to myth for dinner!!
