I'm going to have to remake starshine with the new pattern, which is probably for the best since he is quite dirty and suffered a glue attack from my sister at some point.

Also the second pattern draft for this plush is mostly complete, so I'm on the lookout for any pattern testers who might like to try it out? I'm not very confident in my ability to write basic instructions so some feedback is needed before I release it.

This isn't sso but my bestie and I made a minecraft server and modded the hell out of it, and I felt compelled to make this artwork of us a few weeks ago. I made a long ass rant about my work life but I'm putting it in a separate post as to not ruin the vibe.

Sorry about the jank recording but I have to share this! I totally forgot that I had found a way (with optifine) to have the textures for the soul horses appear when you name a horse with their name tag. And the icing on the cake is that past me also customised the texture for their saddles!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHH!!

I'm finally digging into my old files to find my soul rider minecraft skins from 2019 (I never uploaded them alas) and my previous laptop has been on the loading screen for half an hour now.

I am losing hope.

UPDATE I HAVE OBTAINED THE FILES!!!

Tbh I only insisted on cracking out my old boy Gerrald for Linda's skin since I had the other 3 soul riders on my NameMC profile. But BOY was I surprised to find custom textures I made for their horses as well and like 50 other horses from the game!

Also Gerrald's keyboard started working again??? Half the reason I retired him was several of his keys stopped working and I had to typ3 lik3 I /ad a /om3stuck typing quirk for s3v3ral mont/s.

I generally think basically every hairstyle got a straight upgrade when the new player char model rolled around, but if there's any people I feel Bad for it's the people who mained this hairstyle cause. It's the only hairstyle I think got. Well worse isn't really the word. But I think it became a completely different hair. None of its features feels correctly translated, and it took a while to realise that hair was This hair when the update came out. So I really hope SSE can find a way to create a new hairstyle that keeps the volume and fluff of this hairstyle cause it changed Really drastically.

i'm making it my personal headcanon that the reason the quests have so much lore discrepancy between them is because MC hasn't been formally trained with the Moon Circle, so sometimes visions of alternate pasts and futures can show up. there's way more inconsistencies in the older quests not because the writing isn't updated, but because MC isn't as used to having soul rider abilities so it slips through the cracks more often

it explains why MC can see Anne at events even if you haven't rescued her because they're glimpsing into the future where she's safe/a past where she wasn't trapped. they freak out a little bit because they're like um hey guys isn't that the missing girl we're looking for?? and Lisa and Alex are all 'no? what are you talking about' but i bet Linda gets it. i bet she nods a little sadly because she gets dreams sometimes where everything is normal and they can just be friends who hang out for fun instead of for saving the world. and when lisa and anne were missing sometimes it was the only thing that helped her breathe because she had the knowledge that somewhere out there her friends were safe and happy. in this essay i will
