as much as i miss it here sometimes, i’ve also made friends recently with this guy and this guy and this guy and… well bikers of instagram are where it’s at tbh.

i know i said i'd be here more as the summer got here but honestly i'm burnt out on rp right now. maybe i truly am just getting too old for this hobby, or my creativity isn't what it used to be. maybe i'm finding new things that pique my interest more than this right now, namely i've gotten really into reading lately, and wanting to focus on my health journey in what ways i can before i lose myself and my goals reach the point they're so far away that they seem unattainable.

so for now, i'm throwing this blog and all others on hiatus, and i'll see you guys when i see you.

discord is available for moots, but nobody talks to me on there now anyway. ask for it if you want it.

↳ Every love song Kyle has ever written has been about Kat, he just didn't realize she was truly his muse until he started touring and his bandmates gave him SO MUCH SHIT when he was the most inspired to write more songs because she decided to join him on tour and was around more often.

↳ Kyle has an apartment in the city, but if he's only going to be home for a couple of days or weeks because of a break in the tour schedule, he spends the entirety of it at her home, unless there's something important he needs to be home for, which isn't often. He basically moves himself in until she kicks him out.

↳ Elijah only calls her "Katherine" out loud when he's highly annoyed or upset with her. Most often, he would rather shower her in more loving endearments and nicknames ( my darling, my love, ect ). No matter which iteration of herself she chooses to outwardly exude in the moment (since there's still a difference to him between her acting like "Katherine" and more like her original self, in his mind, "my Katerina") he always calls her Katerina in his mind.

↳ The game is never over. He knows he's always chasing her, and he hopes she continues to keep running, to keep him in check and remind him that there's always something to work for. He wouldn't have it any other way.

spent the night playing HeroQuest with the kiddos and hubs. not sure it's worth the almost $100 i spent on it, but it was a fun time anyway. my kids are getting so big, growing far too fast for my liking. cherishing these times while they can still happen. i'll be around tomorrow, it's too late to get my brain to work on replies, so i'm gonna read til i fall asleep.

once you were a pogue, you were a family. just as sarah. after the group had let her in, it was like she had been one of them all along. the same went for brenna and john b enjoyed the way she fit with them like a puzzle piece. their little found family was ever expanding. "you'll get use to them over time. jj can be the hardest one to get use to. attitude and hyper activity." john be chuckled. "since kindergarden. we lost kie for a bit and sarah came around junior year."

She couldn't help but smile at his words. From the moment she had met them, Brenna knew there was something special about this group of friends. Despite their differences, they had all found their place amongst each other. As John B mentioned losing Kie for a bit before Sarah came around junior year, Brenna couldn't help but feel a pang of nostalgia for the memories they had made since. She wanted to be a part of those moving forward. She thought both Kie and Sarah were wonderful and strong women. Good to have in a group so testosterone heavy.

As the fire crackled and the waves whispered their soothing lullaby, Brenna felt a sense of gratitude wash over her. She sipped her drink once more before setting it at her feet and clasping her hands together, elbows on her knees. "You're very lucky. You all are."
