Honestly nothing makes me happier than to simply be out running. Whether it's on a trail or just in the neighborhood(s). It has been apart of my life ever since I can remember. This is how I relax (and have fun). It is just the best feeling ever.

Finally was able to do a casual hike for the first time since my injury. Had a beautiful day at Silver Lake and hiking up to Twin Lakes. Can't wait till I can run again!!!
