Anyway yall ever hear about the process of diaphonization? Its where you turn a (usually small) specimen's flesh and tissues clear, and then dye the bones (usually a blue-to-violet color). People use this process to better understand anatomy and whatnot. Side note, i found a tiny diaphonized dragon on esty. It will be here monday : D
Anyway... I got super inspired, and have thusly created a whole au around the concept. This drawing occurs later in the story, which i will hopefully have the bullet points done for soon : D

Child!Dream AU, where hes a runaway and somehow makes a server and disguises him as an adult mortal.
Before he gets thrown in prison XD finally figures it out and excuses his little brother for still being a child, naturally young gods are more chaotic and twisted.
I am distraught.
New jester au is called Fool's Gold.
Dream is the somewhat distant relative of the previous deceased king that ended up with the throne he's not even sure he wants, having expected to spend his days fading into obscurity in the history books.
Sapnap is his guard-slash-friend, because even if he was a nobody in the royal family, he's still part of the royal family no matter how distant. But it's fine because it means he gets to have his best friend around all the time.
George is the son of another noble family who became head of the house a few months prior. Related to the king's death? Who knows, the man was a drunkard, but he's one of the few court officials Dream and Sapnap actually trust.
Punz is the weird as fuck entertainer that was hired by the previous king and has since stuck around, claiming to only be motivated by a paycheck.
