Sometimes you just gotta build a nest to shove your idiot Alpha into because they're so busy taking care of others they forget to take care of themselves. You tuck them in tightly and issue a warning growl that they better stay put and relax for fucking once, and you will be back soon with soup because you are very aware they've forgotten to eat again.

And once that meal has been finished, you flop bodily on top of your Alpha, both to ensure they can't run away and the pressure is like a weighted blanket, maybe it will help calm their frantic frazzled mind and let them sleep in peace for once.
