We live in an age where there are a lot of external stimuli. Advertisements, social madia, news etc. These, offer the general public different ways of thinking on a daily basis.

The understanding that human nature is to adapt to the environment, brings me to think about the possibility of individual authenticity. I mean, is authenticity a realistic concept in modern times?

Introspection is a necessary tool for preserving authenticity.

A person should remember the essence of his goals. To remember, where he strived to reach in the first place. Without this observation, the tendency is to change targets according to the “wind”. One has to meditate on the subject once a week, while the other this internalization comes more naturally. However, the main goal here is to preserve a clear authentic idea.
