Anti Anxiety Tea 🌞

my simple anti anxiety tea that i make twice a day to help smooth and calm me.

Green tea

Honey (use as much as you like)

½ tsp of Chamomil

½ tsp of Lavender

1 tsp of Peppermint

•ೋ•◦❥•◦ೋ••ೋ•◦❥•◦ೋ••ೋ•◦❥•ೋ

Instructions:

♡bring the water into a gentle simmer and add the herbs and honey while stating your intentions. Let it sit for 5-7 minutes before straining and enjoy♡
