Reclaim your real life, talk to real living, breathing humans, write real notes in real journals, read real books with margins you can scribble in, look at art that stands inches before you, write real letters that can be saved for life, form real opinions from real life experiences. I have disconnected almost entirely, and I’m never going back. Try it, and you will thank yourself. Then tell everyone else you care about to do the same.
