CLOWN BREEDERS/EXPERTS HELP NEEDED INSTANTLY!!

Today I came across a stray Cepillin clown! They’re incredibly endangered! I know it’s illegal to keep one if you’re not a professional since they’re aren’t very many left but there aren’t any clown sanctuaries in my city so I dont have anywhere to leave the guy, he’s really hungry and right now he’s in my house in a makeshift birthday party enclosure to keep him in for the time being, if you know anything I could do please let me know ASAP.
