I even did an entire meta series on Auvergne (x x x x); explaining Lestat's past, present, and future--the good, the bad, and the ugly, holistically looking at Lestat in his ENTIRETY, not just the biased AF rose-colored fangirl lenses Y'ALL Lestans insist on seeing him with. 🙄 So yeah, I know full well that S3 will hyperfocus on Lestat--I'm looking forward to it. 😈
Ok granted--I HAVE said that the entire series is The LOUSTAT Show, cuz it focuses on how Lestat & Louis break up & get back together, after they both do some soul-searching and finally MATURE enough so that Lestat can be WORTHY of Louis' love, just like Claudia said, and you can quote me on that, cuz I talk about Lestat's character development being a work in progress from Auvergene to NOLA and back again, you effing coward AF LIARS.

I actually go out of my way to QUOTE SAM REID VERBATIM when he's LITERALLY ADMITTING that Rolin is giving Lestat MORE agency than he EVER had in the books, to make some of Lestat's "monster choices" LESTAT'S fault & "culpability"; LESTAT'S "shameful" cross to carry for having seriously "damaged" and "badly hurt" Louis AND Claudia--which is why his life's defined as a "failure" for being just as bad of a parent to his fledglings as his own parents were to him. 🤷♂️
Heck, I'M not the one who decided to write Lestat showing his whole arsehole every frikkin season: lying about Antoinette over & over (x x x x x) → disrespecting Charlie's death → saying Claudia burned herself "for attention" (which a parent should NEVER say about their child self-harming wtF) → calling Claudia a "mistake/it was never you/etc" making her feel unwanted & unloved by her own Blood Father → Dropping Louis from the effing ozone layer → participating in the Trial → saying at the Reunion that he "gave" Louis to Armand (the same way he ditched Nicki in the books). 💀 If you wanna get mad at someone, get mad at Rolin & Hannah--*EYE* didn't write the show making your uwu blorbo look like an a-hole; I'm just reacting to what's on my dang screen! 🤣😂
So WTF do you mean Sam Reid would be "devastated" seeing what I say about Lestat, when I'm QUOTING HIM DIRECTLY about what HE said about the show HE signed on for and HE read the script for and HE agreed to participate in and act out as said character!?!?!?!? 🤷♂️
