Backstory
Eons ago, before the chaos of Dark Enchantress Cookieâs first uprising and the rise of the Ancient Heroes, there existed a remote grove hidden within the golden citrus fields of the Tropicant Isles. In this grove, under the warmth of the eternal sunset, a Cookie was born of candied blood orange zest and sun-kissed sugar crystals â Crimson Citrus Cookie.
At birth, he radiated a gentle warmth. It was said that his very presence could soothe squabbling cookies, mend cracked friendships, and calm even the most turbulent of tempers. This was the Ray of Tenderness, a radiant virtue gifted to few Cookies in every era. His aura pulsed with compassion, and he believed in the power of understanding and soft words â a defender not of blades, but of the heart.
For centuries, Crimson Citrus Cookie wandered the lands, healing rifts, uniting clans, and protecting the vulnerable through wisdom rather than strength. Cookies adored him. Yet, over time, his heart began to wither. He witnessed the downfall of those he protected, saw kindness mistaken for weakness, and felt the crushing weight of a world growing more cynical with each crumble.
Tenderness, he realized, was no longer enough.
When Crimson Citrus Cookie stood against a brutal invasion by rogue Sugar Golem constructs, he offered peace â and was answered with destruction. Hundreds of Cookies perished. He did not cry. He did not scream. He simply changed.
Beneath the burning ruins of his grove, he touched the core of the virtue that had long defined him â and ripped it apart.
From the ashes of the Ray of Tenderness was born a new, twisted power: Loathe, the corrupted echo of love, reshaped by grief, disillusionment, and a cold fury. Tenderness had been soft, but Loathe was resolute. With it, Crimson Citrus Cookie could bend emotions into chains, inspire shame rather than hope, and burn away false pretenses with the scorching light of bitter truth.
