Anycreature here has any tips for soulbonding? Like I know the basic meditating and putting intention to it but I really don't know what else I could do

Does anyone have tips or ideas for hyperhidrosis?

I've got it pretty severe on the inside of my hands and i'll get surgery on my left wrist in february, meaning i'll have my hand bandaged and braced for six weeks and i'm looking for ideas on how to manage that time
