So, recently i talked to my psychiatrist and she took away one of my meds!! I was super duper excited :D for context, i had very severe depression, but now im okay really. And maybe papa knows how hard it is to get yourself out of medication.

But im scared i need it. Ive been sleeping terribly and my mood has been very low. Maybe its just that i got my period, im hoping.

I hate this situation. It makes me feel like im ill and dependent even when i know im not :( im a healthy girl! I no want no more meds /_\ im so, so scared to realize i may still need it, and even more afraid to tell my doctor... she will think im not okay...but i am! I swear i am papa.. i guess my body just got a lil used to it :(

Aw, hey kiddo. Yes, Papa understands having to stop and return to medication. It's alright to be scared, this is a tough situation! You've had to use them for so long, and now it's changed, isn't it hard? But you can do this. Like you said, tot, you're a healthy girl! You'll be able to bounce back and keep trying your best, okay?

And don't feel like you aren't healthy if you need lifelong meds too. Sometimes, it's best, and it helps! See, Papa takes meds too, and mine are lifelong. But I'm still nice and healthy! In fact, even moreso since I have them. So it's okay if baby needs the meds, they're there to help.

Just try not to feel bad about it too much, okay? If you are feeling icky because of your period, take your time and let it pass. Keep an eye on your mood and try not to feel too scared. Keep doing your best! Any good methods and coping you know how to do, of course do that. Doctors are here to help, and trying new things can be part of the process. You got this, tot, it's alright.

Asking them what is it, whenever they wake, just to get the tiniest babbles, the incoherent words and hums, so I can soothe them all over again; my precious little tot. You're so sweet and sleepy. My baby must be worried I'll be gone, if they sleep, but Bubba stays right here, right by their side. I won't ever leave you, baby.

Hey kiddo! Thank you a ton for your questions, this is so so nice and fun. I'll do my best to answer them all well, okay?

1., I'm not sure if I have a favorite shape! Hmmmm. I like many shapes, and I also like very interesting, complex shapes too! Maybe the easiest one would be a cube. And I'd like it to be grey, or green!

2., Papa's style is very much emo, with gothic and some punk elements. In fact, I made my Emo CG based off myself, haha! I love the style and have worn it for years, and I love the culture surrounding it too. I align myself with the politics as well.

3., Ohh, for myself? Papa loves emo, punk, and metalhead aesthetics mainly! But for others, I adore every kind of style everyone likes. It's a sense of self expression, and I'm not going to judge it! I tend to really enjoy soft, kawaii, and scene styles especially.

4., Technically, I am a melanistic grey wolf, which is what leads to the dark, black color. So a grey wolf! And I am that because I identify with wolves kin-wise, and the color blends with my style and appearance!

5., Gosh, I'm not too sure what flower I favor. All flowers are pretty nice! I've never picked a specific one, over time, haha.

6., At first, I thought this meant Minecraft biome! Which, my favorite one there is the Lush Caves, they're just so so pretty and wonderfully made. It's a ton of fun and gorgeous. But in real life, I love rainy or snowy areas a lot!

7., Hmmm, my favorite toy. Honestly, the most I've played with toys comes from when I have played toys with a kiddo, so I'd usually just engage with whatever they have! But I do find I really enjoy Hotwheels, racing cars, Legos, and building blocks.

8., Oh, I'm not sure honestly! But I have been told by many that I come off as King Sombra, from My Little Pony. But a nice version, apparently! Haha, I'll take others' word for it.

9., When I'm not feeling good, I usually like to have soup! It's warm, comforting, and very yummy. Along with that, ice cold water. But when I feel good, I'll eat anything!

10., My favorite time of the day is morning right after the sun rises, and dusk, right after rush hour traffic and the sun is setting. Around 7-8pm.

Hi there, silly! Aww, this is so so tough. It can be really new to regress with someone, but it's okay! You just have to keep trying and letting your mind trust your CG more and more. Even if you just dream regress or half regress, know that is valid and okay too!! Keep trying your best to soothe your mind and remind yourself, it's safe to be tiny! This is your person and place to be tiny!!

Plus, talk to your CG about it too!! They can try to help you as well.

"Hi kiddo! Thank you for asking so politely. It can be different for every CG, but here is how it is for me. Like many regressors, I had a really tough past and childhood. But my comfort now comes in being the parent figure I didn't have, and taking care of others! Sometimes, the problems I have from my tough past make me act in ways that can be scary, and make people wary around me. So, when I am in this headspace, it's so so healing to become soft, and not have to respond to things via a traumatic response I was made to grow up with. It makes me feel better, feel safe within myself, feel comforted, feel safe, and feel trustworthy, to be able to care for others. Plus, aiding in their headspace helps me focus on nothing but that! Which means I don't have to think about any tough things. No hard days at work, no problems I might be going through; just my tiny, and taking care of them. It's a huge relief and a way to step away from such big and hard life! It is a mental, emotional, and traumatic based coping mechanism, and one that I won't be in 24/7, which doesn't suit a real child. On top of that, I am not interested in any process that makes a real child. That's why I'm a caregiver, and that's why it helps me so much. I hope that makes sense for you!"
