I was really frustrated when I stepped on the scale this morning because my weight hasn't shifted for a good few weeks. I felt really good this week, I was way more active and more aware of food and how I was fuelling myself and to see no change was disheartening. So I didn't measurements and I've lost 12cms overall! Yuuussss! Just another reminder that scales suck ass.
