I need someone who objectively tell me that this has happened before, that other groups have been so played so trampled as Super Junior in awards and respect because i just entered to kpop this year and i can't with all this bulls#it and unfairness towards sj and their hardwork (and elf's too tbh) xX

yes. it happened before. GDA 2010. for fck sake we all know that it was SMent who chose snsd to be the winner over SJ. All their albums that they released that year was counted on their total sales, while there was SJ who only got one album in that year and only versions a and c sales were only counted……..

and now it happened again.

ELF’s are not angry because the reason “We won the voting, but oppars don’t get awards?!?!?!”. We are not illiterate people. We read that it’s only 20% of the total scores.

We know MAMA is famous for ‘no attendance. no award.’ >_> BUT.

Why do you think SJ didn’t attend MAMA? When they’ve been saying they want to come…. there was an incident on SS6 Hongkong when Kangin asked ELFs to support them on MAMA (here. at 5:55 part: kangin: are we going to mama? teuk: yes we are. kangin: you’re going to support us right? ) see. they actually did think they would be going.

Actually, they were not really busy yesterday for them to not attend. Kyu had fansigning event, Wook had radio and Hee ‘apparently’ had filming sched and also there was Siwon just having his lunch on a hotel in Hongkong lolol The point is, if they had plans for SJ to come, they should had cancelled their schedule for that day long before. Which they actually did not because they didn’t have plans at all. And also other members beside KyuWookHeeSiwon, didn’t have schedule yesterday, they were available to come to get their awards. like Hyoyeon and Seohyun at last year’s mama….. they came to be the representative of their group. SO WHY CAN’T SJ??? because, again, they chose their other artist over SJ.

DO YOU ACTUALLY THINK IF SJ COME, THE SAME ARTIST WILL ALSO BE THE WINNER??? you are just all lucky that this fcking company is in favor of you.

Gaon counts A+B as a single version album

So the numbers listed as "Mamacita" is A+B combined. B will not be added later as a separate unit because it's already included.

On the contrary, Gaon lists every version separately.

let’s be very honest about this. One of the first rules of owning, even HOLDING a gun, is that you only aim it of you are prepared to shoot that target and know the consequences. Some might think that’s the same as above, that you’d only aim it if you’re in danger. That’s not the case for a lot of trigger happy assholes that would like to shoot innocent people. Bad cops get excuses for it, always. There is NO REASONABLE JUSTIFICATION for a cop to aim at a foreign celebrity he was escorting, let alone in the middle of pissing. He wanted to humiliate Kangin. He wanted to revel in his power to scare people and get away with it, because nobody is going to believe or understand the Asian dude who barely speaks English. People like this have a fetish for making minorities uncomfortable. So fellow kpop fans, when you hear about American cops being unreasonable amd violent towards minorities, don’t assume we’re overreacting. Things like this and far worse are happening now and all the time.

And let's not ignore the fact that according to Kangin he was allowed to go urinate before having a fun pointed at him. It sounds like the cop had the intention to scare and humiliate him the whole time.

With experiences like these, it's no wonder SJ hasn't come back to perform in the US.

As someone who likes SuJu I feel really ashamed of how butthurt ELFs are because EXO won those awards. MAMA awards always represent the current year, it doesn't matter who were in the kpop industry earlier. And compered to MAMACITA EXO's album was a way better one. I love SuJu, but their music is so boring and the same as every year. Maybe if you take the time you could see how hard EXO worked this year. They deserved all the awards! Don't behave like a child. :/

We don’t give a shit. We are angry at SM for their new rules to not let SJ and older groups in on award shows anymore so new groups can win and we are mad at MAMA for their unfair % division. How many times do I have to say it in my posts? No one cares that EXO won. They won? Good for them. I even tweeted a congrats. EXO is SJ’s friend, there’s no reason to hate them. Okay? We don’t care. We are angry that SM took SJ out last minute (despite them leading in the polls) and at MAMA for being unfair on their rules and %.

I’m not behaving like a child. Just wait until SM starts fucking with your group every year when it comes to awards and you’ll understand. If I was upset about EXO winning, I wouldn’t have voted for them in any poll but I voted for them in Best Performance because they “deserved” it.

No one’s mad at EXO. No one cares that they won and SJ didn’t.

The only thing bothering ELF is SM and MAMA’s bullshit. So don’t tell me I’m behaving like a child when you don’t know the countless times we’ve had to watch SJ being treated unfairly. They worked their asses off since the beginning for a spot on the stage, in award shows, and they’ve been treated like shit since the beginning but they pulled through. And now that they are at the top, SM wants to take that away from them too?

Let me tell you that as much as I like EXO, them and SJ are not on the same level. SJ painted the way for EXO with the whole hating on a band for having so many members crap. Everyone hated SJ for it when they debuted. No one hated EXO since SJ already existed and it didn’t seem like a big deal anymore to have 12 or 13 members. So your level of “deserve all the awards” is different than mine.

EXO is a great group, I love their dance choreo, I like some of their song. I love Suho, hell I’m Suho bias and I ship KaiLu and KrisHo (weeping cuz otp is now broken cuz sm fcked shit up again) Suho’s the most gorgeous thing ever. I don’t hate the group. I don’t hate any group. I just don’t a shit. I hate the company and I hate the award shows. That’s all there is to it.

Please don’t make assumptions. You don’t know everything about me and how I feel and I don’t tend to say much since it’s a waste of my energy so you don’t need to make assumptions since you don’t know the whole story behind it. I like EXO but I’m not a fan enough to take time away from SJ to watch EXO. I have friends who reblog them so I see some stuff on my dash and on twitter. And to be honest, EVERY new group works hard because they all want to make it to the top, it’s not just EXO. All the popular older groups worked hard and all the new groups that are getting recognition are working hard too.

I’m not mad at you for the whole EXO and SJ thing. I really could care less and it doesn’t bother me. But I am upset that you think I’m behaving like a child when I haven’t said anything that makes no sense. The previous posts all talk about SM and MAMA, none of them talk about or hate on EXO. I have no beef with other idol groups. All idols groups are a family and are friends with each other so why do the fans always fight?

Super Junior matters to me and as a fan who has seen them go through hell of a lot shit than any new group; you bet your ass I’m gonna be pissed when I see this unfair shit happening again.

I know a lot of ELF are confused because we don’t know for sure if Super Junior is even attending MAMA, and apparently, you need to attend to win anything. But we also don’t know that they’re not going, and that even though mnet has not confirmed their attendance and Kyuhyun has a scheduled fansigning in SK on the same day, they still hinted that the group would be back to Hong Kong for MAMA 2014 when they did SS6 Hong Kong weeks ago.

Whether they go or not is out of our hands, but I don’t think that we should concede and let the other groups catch up. We made it this far, and there are only three days to go.

We want to show Super Junior that they still have fans who care, right? Who would vote on this poll against two especially formidable, younger fandoms repeatedly until they’re number one in every category possible.

What better way to show them that ELF are still here than to win the voting part? It’s the only thing we have control over now - we’ve bought their albums and streamed their mvs and searched for them on Naver, and this is the last step. So let’s do our part. Let’s continue to do our part.

Other fandoms are not backing down. They’ve formed alliances, they’ll do mass votings, they want to catch up as much as they can. It only took us a 1.5 days to get this far before, so they could make it. Let’s not let them do it.

Please don’t stop voting, even if you think they won’t win despite winning the votes, even if you think they won’t go and it’ll be useless in the end. There are only three days left, it’s not too much to ask at this point. We can still do as much as we can to help them get the award. We should still do that much.

ELF never never give up, right? Fighting for just three more days, please! Vote SJ for Best Male Group and Unionpay Artist of the Year! Let’s do this!
