This is murder

A couple of things to note in this video: the driver is turning the wheels to the right to avoid the agent standing in front. All he had to do was move one step to his right. Also, he is drawing his gun the minute the car starts forward, fires through the windshield even as the car is turning away from him, then fires two more rounds into the open driver-side window. At no point was he in mortal peril, and driving away from a police stop is not a capital crime.
