These cupcakes are a delightful blend of vintage charm and modern bling. The rose-infused flavor combined with the elegance of diamond brooch decorations makes them perfect for special occasions.
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 1/2 tsp baking powder. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1 cup granulated sugar. 2 large eggs. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/2 cup whole milk. 1/4 cup sour cream. 1/4 cup rose water. 1/4 cup edible rose petals for garnish. Diamond-shaped edible brooch decorations.
Instructions: Warm up the oven to 350F 175C and put paper liners in a cupcake pan. Whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl. Put away. Melt the butter and mix it with the sugar in another bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy. One at a time, add the eggs and beat well after each one. Add the vanilla extract and mix well. In a different bowl, mix the milk, sour cream, and rose water together. To make the butter-sugar mixture, add the dry flour mixture and the milk mixture in turns, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients. Don't mix any further than that. Fill each of the cupcake liners about two-thirds of the way to the top with batter. After the oven is hot, bake the cupcakes for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. After taking the cupcakes out of the oven, let them cool in the pan for a few minutes. Then, move them to a wire rack to finish cooling. Place rose petals and diamond-shaped edible brooches on top of the cupcakes once they are completely cool for a touch of vintage glam. These lovely Ruffles and Roses Vintage Cupcakes with a little bling are ready to be served and enjoyed!
