Look, sometimes you try out a romance ship and it TANKS. It’s dead in the water before anything can happen. Flirting fails, there’s no gushy moments, no sexy times, no za-za-zing. My muse just doesn’t feel it, your muse just doesn’t feel it. Or, it’s only one-sided and the rejected party feels WEIRD now. But that doesn’t mean we have to make it awkward and cancel all rp attempts! There is NOTHING wrong with keeping them platonic, having them bicker, or seeing them become some other kind of relationship, etc. The RPC puts SO MUCH pressure on rom ships as being the ONLY way you can interact with muses, even if the muns still want to write their characters together somehow.

Now, if you only pursued my muse in the first place for a romance, and ignore me because of that, yes, I’m not going to lie—that hurts & it feels gross. But if you just need time to reroute your muse, I get that too!! But there’s no need to feel “weird” about it.

Basically don’t expect me to be very active this week, as my second job is at the cheese shop of the most popular grocery store where I live and this is one of our busiest weeks. So….probably should’ve thought ahead and waited until after Thanksgiving to come back from hiatus, but like…I MISSED YOU GUYS AND I’M DUMB SO

I doubt I’ll be around much at all this week due to my hours, but I will be able to get back to some more steady activity once we get past the holiday. Other than that, I’ll get replies and starters out when I can find the energy.
