It’s so sad to see people react the way they are to Elliana not making top ¾. It’s such a HUGE accomplishment to get in the top 15 and it diminishes that sense of achievement for all the young and impressionable kids. It’s ridiculous people are supposedly commenting about her “needing it more” or “this breaking her” - completely out of line!! It’s comments like that which will harm her, making her think what she achieved wasn’t outstanding when in fact it’s such a high standard to be at. Plus it’s totally horrific they are deflecting their negativity onto Sav too. Elliana has won already - I’m sure she would be more than happy to share that honour with one of her friends who clearly works her butt off!!!

These ellie stans on Instagram are literally like cults LMAO they’re making posts to tell ellie not to be disappointed in her placement but I can only imagine what seeing ALL of those people expecting her to win, would make her feel like. I don’t know if they make those posts to reassure to themselves that ellie is a good dancer or something and that placing top 15 amongst hundreds of amazing juniors is still impressive but they’re the only ones who seem disappointed in her placement considering all of the bickering/ranting/posting about it.

yeah i feel a little bad about all my posts yesterday cause i did talk to one ellie stan on here and she said she really didn’t mean any harm but i still strongly agree and am experiencing this just with elli stans in general on both youtube and insta, they just are not handling it appropriately. i understand being crushed but they’re making it so public and you know elli is seeing it.

in my opinion, ellie’s confidence really depends on how her fanpages see her. and her seeing her not placing in top 3/4 is not “good enough” (in their opinions) is really going to crush her the most. and a lot of them are extremely hard on her for different reasons that totally do not revolve around dance. while im sad this is happening, im glad a lot of people are recognizing the toxic stan behavior that a lot of ld fans have...

Absolutely horrific and gross. I can’t help but think of Chris Reilly who was arrested as well for being a pedophile, and I just hope parents of dancers can see both of these cases and be more careful. of course nothing against the parents but it’s scary to think this is becoming common ): not only male photographers, just other adults in general!!! always be careful.
