Keep reading, I have some things to share :D Important things first: Social detox is one of the best things you can do for your mental health from time to time🙏🏼 don’t wait for any special occasion to occur. Just pick a day in the week, where you won’t check up on your phone (or when this is not possible, just delete/mute social media apps like Facebook, instagram, twitter, etc). Did you ever track how much time you are spending daily on your phone? And on which app the most? Just imagine, what else you could do with your precious time instead of scrolling any social media feeds… Things I’m laughing and crying about ( - not really, everything what’s happening, is happening for the best): 1. My phone/Instagram isn’t working properly. It’s cutting or not even uploading my reels at all🥺 so the last days I decided not to spent too much time at it and to enjoy a good book by the sea 🌊 and the sand in my hair 😅 2. Over a month ago I signed a new contract with a phone. But the delivery is delayed…. 12 more days to go 😂😅, wish me luck that it won’t be delayed any further 😂😂 Now I’m curious: Are you aware of how much time you are spending on social media?
