・No. I do not write RPF (Real Person Fiction) and no, I'm not shipping real life people with the YHS cast. Just the fictional characters heavily inspired by their online personas. Normalize separating the characters from the real people while staying respectful of their boundaries, for fuck's sake.
・DO NOT, and I mean DO NOT show anyone in the KREW my fan art (@-ing, DM-ing, etc. it doesn't matter) UNLESS I give you my written permission to do so. Especially, my YHS ship art. I will die of embarrassment.
・Yes, I am aware that my fav ships aren't canon. And guess what? I don't care. Just because your favorite ship is, does not make you superior to me or give you the right to be an entitled prick. No, that doesn't mean I'm using this as an excuse to go against Krew's boundaries. What are these boundaries you ask?

The only boundary I'm currently aware of is that we are NOT allowed to ship the siblings together. So with that in mind, even though these YhsR!characters of mine aren't blood related to each other in any capacity, I'm still vehemently against the thought of shipping these OCs together.

I like my yanderes, serial killers, evil CEOs and toxic relationships fictional and not causing any suffering in real life, thanks. Just because I like certain things in fiction does not mean I like the same stuff in reality.
I also do not support the whole "What you like in fiction, is what says about you as a person." ideology because that's like saying every person who's played a video game before and liked it, all condone murder. As long as you don't condone that stuff IRL, then you're fine. Just stay respectful, don't hurt others, and don't purposefully make people feel unsafe.
I do however, wholly support blocking the accounts and content that trigger you. If you are triggered by anything I say or post, by all means, block me for your sake. Blocking is a very underrated feature and you shouldn't be afraid or ashamed to use it.
In conclusion, as long as you're not an entitled bigot, and you give everyone basic respect, then we're good.
July 1, yk what that means. It's my birthday!!! Woooo! Unfortunately we weren't able to go to that restaurant today, money's short right now, but we got Jollibee (A famous fast food place here in the ph for the non Filipinos) so I consider that a win.

Notes:
Gold s1: Looks more formal. She seems more stylish that way, holding her bag and keeping it to her knees. Her face expression makes her look much more nonchalant. Has heavier eyeliner. I didn't like how Gold's outfit was drawn like it was some japanese school outfit, so I decided to take some creative liberty by reinterpreting Gold's s1 outfit; silk blouse, lavallière bow, black skirt, dark see-through socks, dr martens. I thought it'd be more of her style, something chic, "old money" and ariana grande inspired.
Funneh s1: Looks more like a troublemaker, goofball, has her arms up to make her look more approachable and outgoing. Crazier hair, sharper; it's probably an overgrown wolfcut or something of the sort. Her relaxed stance looks somewhat forced and less authentic. Also her outfit is so hilarious to me. Vest that's somehow boxy, weirdly cut at the end, yet hugs your frame. Weird uncomfortable denim shorts. Leather boots.
Kyran s2: More relaxed, looks happier. would probably do an awkward handsign? Hair would probably look healthier and he fluffs up his hair in the morning. Oozing of "I am proud of who I am and I'm happy being my cringe-self". Fairy tale merch from an anime con.
Alec s2: Using the same fit from this drawing (bomber leather jacket, hoodie from s1, jeans and mismatched shoes), puts away phone bc he isn't as closed off as last year (s1) bro is freed from the shackles of the Phone #im14andthisisdeep. Relaxed stance, looks happier I'd say, not that he's super aware of that either. Also he has a nokia, a samsung s2 and an iphone 3.
I also wanted to point out that I ended up making S1 Funneh and Evan have pretty similar vibes; they probably would have gotten along. I think the reason why S2 Funneh is generally turned off by him is because there's an emotional maturity gap.
Vinh you don't understand how much I was looking forward to seeing your take on early S1 Funneh's design and omggg you did not disappoint

Edit: I accidentally pressed post before finishing my yap. This is so embarrassing but whatever we ball. I really love the idea that Funneh is reminded of her old self whenever she looks at Evan. It makes so much sense in a narrative way.
So! A new thing I learned about myself, self-discovery we love to see it, is that I love it when I'm kept in the dark. Not like that kept in the dark, no, I mean in the stories I consume. Do you know why I don't like Falec very much and why I'm such a larper? I do now!
It's because I love the thrill of discovery. The mystery of it all. This uncontrollable urge to know and then use that knowledge to fix. Like crack but for my maladaptive daydreaming instead of my bloodstream, I crave to understand and predict, to connect the dots and glue the pieces together.
And not so unlike an engineer, minus the heavy loads of math, I need stimulation for my problem solving skills. Something to satisfy this incessant craving to repair the imperfect. I already know how Falec as a relationship will pan out, I know what to expect and that bores me.
The same principle applies to my reading of fanfiction. What is one of the fandoms I'm reading the fanfics of at the moment? JJK. Have I ever watched JJK? Not at all, and guess what? I never will.
So yeah, if you guys see any plot holes or continuity errors in my future work, just know that I'm writing this shit for my enjoyment and my enjoyment first. The final result isn't even second place on my list of priorities.

Real thing that changed how i write: I started asking "what does this character think is wrong with them" and separately "what is actually wrong with them." Those two things are almost never the same. She thinks she's too much. She's actually terrified of being too little. He thinks he's bad at commitment. He's actually just never met someone he trusted enough. The gap between their diagnosis of themselves and the real thing, that's your character arc right there. you don't have to explain it. just write both.

I'm still in the middle of watching it lol. Didn't get to the latest episodes yet.
Weird thing about me is that I cannot watch stuff with episodes without getting bored, think anime and Netflix series. So when I decided to give Xdrinil's YHS a shot I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was entertaining. Very reminiscent of old Minecraft roleplays.
This RP also made me realize that I have a type when it comes to my favorite characters. It's protagonists that are incapable of feeling social-anxiety and are constantly rationalizing their horrible actions while being very chaotic about it. (/positive)
All in all, very fun! I highly recommend it to those that wanna relive the old YHS MCRP days

YHS Gold huh? Alright lemme think. My memory isn't the most reliable either lol, I still haven't finished the entirety of S1 beyond the first couple of episodes but I do remember her relationship with YHS S1 Funneh being quite toxic to those with good at media literacy/red-flag relationship spotting. Like, I wouldn't be surprised if they had a falling out, levels of toxicity.

To be honest I don't have much to work with when it comes to characters without much depth to them like Kai so I apologize if my ideas seem rather shallow. I'm doing my best with the little I have of their characters after all
Personally I don't see Kai as the type of person to be horrible to Valerie, at least while she was still alive. So here's my take on the idea.
What if Kai became a yandere for Valerie AFTER her death?
Valerie dies and Kai can't comprehend her death. He can't believe that she's dead, just like that. The grief took a very large toll on the poor boy. During summer break he wouldn't even leave his room, no matter how much his father banged on the door, no matter how much his mother begged him to open it so she could give him his dinner.
Months pass and things seem to have gone back to normal. Kai has seemingly gone back to his normal, "cute" self. But he still hasn't moved on from Valerie, much to the envy of his fan girls. One day, while walking home from school, he saw Her.
Yeah that's right, Kai becomes obsessed with the ghost of his dead girlfriend. He becomes so obsessed in fact, he is willing to do whatever it takes to keep Her with him. Even if it means tying their souls together. Even if it means giving up half of himself to leave room for Her in his body. It's not like he would lose much, just himself.
Like Yuta from JJK if he and Rika were in highschool and Yuta was way more mentally ill LMAO
You guys can decide whether or not it was still Yumi who killed her because I don't think it really matters much here. What matters is that Kai is obsessed with a dead girl and this obsession of his will be the thing that kills him.

So I got a new laptop yesterday, a really good gaming laptop to be exact, and this laptop can run Minecraft on it. So it got me thinking, what if I make my own take on an ItsFunneh YHS AU using Minecraft as my medium? I know, I know, it's unrealistic, especially with everything going on IRL and I don't know how to write a roleplay for the life of me, but a guy can dream okay.
(and no, I'm not doing a YHS rewrite, I'm thinking of using my Reversed AU for this idea)
