I can't look at my Tumblr without being ashamed of myself, these past few weeks I ate desperately, was like any thought to begin with a calorie deficiency resulted with me just consuming everything in my front that was sweet or caloric. Is so frustrating because was like I wasn't even thinking, I just did again and again knowing the consequences. The thoughts to stop was like a muffled scream. So fckin strange and a visible shame now
