The burps started out as a way to relieve the feeling of wanting to throw up. I thought they would taper off with the morning sickness but to Lou’s chagrin, it was not so. This is a dino mobile I’ve been working on. I actually felted the dinos years ago thinking it could be a little side venture but quickly realized that felting takes forever and my fingers can only be poked so many times. They sat around collecting dust until realizing their true purpose- to entertain a small human! The lingering sour taste in my mouth was the bane of my first trimester. It definitely contributed to my nausea (or technically I suppose it was another hormonal side effect). It didn’t matter what I ate, it would just be there. Ironically sour candies helped alleviate the nausea.
