hello all !! i'm atro (he/him) i started this blog because if there's one thing i love more than naniwa danshi it's translation. i plan to mostly sub their youtube videos and gyakuten danshi clips but i might branch into live show/mv making clips as well because my blu ray collection is...let's say extensive.

i love the whole group but especially ryusei (and micchi... and daigo... you see the problem here). i've been "learning" japanese for a long time so my comprehension is pretty good and i also recently started actually taking classes. that being said i am not fluent in the language and i cannot promise my subtitles are always 100% right BUT if i'm ever not sure about something i always research in depth so i can translate it as accurately as possible!! this is very much a passion for me lmao

also i’m trying so hard to make any friends in the fandom please talk to me abt starto…

because i also definitely plan to use this as a normal sideblog for reblogging, subs can be found under #atro's translations

I'm doing a self-produced stage play called "Jo's daily life"👏

Osaka: February 8th - 10th

Tokyo: February 23rd - March 15th

30 performances total

It's a one-man show💁‍♂️💙

We're already having meetings and stuff 😉

We've been discussing the structure~

"I want to do this, I want to do that!"

And that got me thinking...

Back in my junior days, I wrote skits and manzai routines, so ideas 💡 just keep popping up!

Back then, I desperately came up with material to get noticed.

My approach to standing out might've been different from others, but I wrote with the mindset of "I'm gonna get noticed, no matter what!"

And now, that experience is helping me with my very own one-man show.

It's like all those dots are connecting~

That's why I can't stop putting in the effort.

Things I couldn't come up with at home start flowing when I meet with the staff during planning sessions👏

That's pretty amazing, right? live performances feel similar too~

Things that didn't happen during rehearsal sometimes happen during the actual show...

What's up with that? lol

But the moment an idea pops into your head feels great,

and above all, you start thinking, "What would make the fans happy if I did this?"😎

And then, the merchandise meetings too😌

We're discussing merchandise that really feels like

We'll also discuss it on "Jo-raji,"
