I likely have OSDD so I can somewhat relate to the "are people gonna come for me" feeling. Like, people are probably just going to tell me I just have "fake DID". I can't even refer to my alters as such because that would be "incorrect".

in my case there are a lot of personal reasons for why i feel that way (and it is mostly my personal stuff) but yeah the amount of syscourse stuff hasnt really helped at all. i will say though i operate under the assumption that people know themselves and their bodies better than anyone else ever will so do whatever you want forever in my opinion
