ââ â» "A dance? Oh, oh, sounds like fun! I heard that big brother is going with the pretty red haired lady! Ah.. but who would I go with..."
   Dances, despite not having been to one personally, interested the girl. She's heard stories from her brother; they were supposedly a time where people take each other's hand and move along to the music, enjoying themselves. Maybe she'll get to go to this dance. That is, if brother approves.
He wouldnât fail her again.
After the initial shock and rage that had swamped every cell in his body with an indescribable fire and lust for the spilled blood of the one who had done this had faded ever so slightly, Killua had been washed with a second wave of emotions. Much darker ones, ones that seemed to fill his bones with concrete and his mind with darkness. Grief and loss. Pain and helplessness and self-loathing. Hatred.
He had wailed, at first. Gone to his room and forced his roommates out, had collapsed onto the bed and screamed and sobbed until his voice was raw and his eyes couldnât produce anymore tears. It would have been a rare sight if anyone had witnessed it, to see the assassin boy so utterly broken. It had only happened once before, and that was over Gon. For it to happen again was unimaginable for him, who kept himself so distant all the time.
For him to feel so weak, so helpless. It was like his soul was shattering for a second time.
But he was strong, wasnât he? Tired limbs had forced his body up, and palms engraved with cuts where his nails had dug into the skin had wiped the remaining tears from his eyes.
And he had gone to see his sister.
Which was where he still was, seated in a chair by her bedside. Exhaustion had overcome him soon after his visit, however, and his cheek rested on arms folded on the bed beside her, eyes that were smudged dark underneath closed, his breathing deep and steady. He wouldnât be leaving her side again, she could count on it.
   It took a few moments for the girl to be in focus once more, though her thoughts still in disarray. Not long had it come to her attention that a white-haired boy had made his place next to her long ago, his head laid on his own arm. At the sight upon his sleeping face, as if the lining of his skin was traced with the light of the moon, she was instantly filled with a sense of peace, of security, and of comfort. Just having his presence in the same room had wiped away all worries.
   Her brother had, all this time, been by her side.Â
   'By her side', was it?
ââ â» "B... big brother..."
   Alluka gave his sleeve a little tug, gaze now set upon his face, strangely unlike his usual expression. He seemed almost... disturbed. Was it because of her?The girl couldn't recall how long the two have been separated; had it truly been a while? Had something else happened within the timeframe of the memories she couldn't remember? It seems that a single glance upon his face brought upon more questions.
   If his troubled expression was because of her, she didn't like it. Alluka had never wanted to be the one considered a burden, let alone the cause of such a face. Another tug. She wanted him to wake up, just for her to apologize. To say her sorries for having him worry, for anything that had happened, whatever it may be,
ââ â» "Wake up...? Big brother?"
   A blur.
   Her thoughts were a blur, her memory a scramble.
   What happened to her was... what did happen? Alluka had assumed that she had fallen asleep with her big brother, since the two were basically inseparable ever since the failed trial. The trial in which her own brother was the culprit. She didn't expect to wake up in this strange little room, adorned with small hearts.
   She sat up in her cot, taking a look around amidst her confusion. The trace of a sharp pain was felt on her throat, a hand tracing over a scar that had formed. Her eyes widened as she lift up her shirt, even more scars shown. Scars? She doesn't have scars? When did these...?
   Nanika wouldn't stop crying. She went on and on about how everything hurt, how terrified, how scared she was. She wasn't awake at the time of... whatever had caused her to wake up in this place, but it seems she felt the pain as well. But what had...?
ââ â» "W... what happened?"
   Her grip on the bedsheets tightened. her voice no less a squeak. Alluka couldn't tell if anyone had entered the room, the girl's gaze was too fixated onto the ground, too deep in her own disoriented thoughts.
   Where was her brother?
An amusement park is a place of fun, right? A place to enjoy, to spend time together, to bond. A few moments ago, she could be seen walking beside her white-haired brother, who recently earned his powers back despite a rather grueling blood bath in the courtroom. All and all, the girl never left his side after then.
That is, until now. One glance away and the siblings had found themselves separated. It wasn't until the near end of day that the second youngest Zoldyck had been found. A certain ferris wheel carriage had found itself suspicious with its windows stained red with blood. A girl adorned in a miko outfit lay on her back, which in this case wouldn't be an exaggeration to say she was drowning in her own blood. There was a lacking of three fingers on her right hand, her eyes shut as blood was found smeared on the eyelids.Â
If not for the overwhelming amount of blood, the various stab marks all over her small figure, and a deep gash across her throat, she may have been mistaken to be a peaceful angel, enveloped in sleep.
Well it wouldnât really be a good idea to refuse, regardless if it still had powers at the moment. He didnât have his own but he was still very sure that he could handle Alluka just fine if the other didnât have powers as well.
ââłâ» âIt could certainly kill some time. Is Kil going to join us for this âgame?â At least he could plan out some ideas with Killua keeping Alluka partially entertained.
     Is this acceptance? Is he really going to play a game with her?
ââ â» âA... at the amusement park! Onii-chan promised we'd play there!â
     Deep within her, the girl was holding in a hint of excitement. The eldest Zoldyck, one known throughout for being a highly trained assassin, is going to play with her. Could this be the start of something new? Are they finally beginning to treat each other as a true family? However unlikely it may seem, the girl did wish for it.

His pale face, as if touched by a shimmering moonlight, framed by his snow white hair, as ruffled as it ever was, came into the line of vision of the young petite. Though his back was turned to her, nearly blocked out by the countless amount of strangers, the raven-haired girl could easily spot the boy out. It was as if his own figure contrasted the rest of the crowd
ââ â» "Big brother..!!"
Alluka cried out, eyes wide and filled with an abundance of delight. She didn't care how many of the strangers turned to look at her after her shout. All that matters was her and her big brother. Her heart pounding within her chest, thump after thump. It's been so long, so so long, since she's seen her dear older brother. The girl, as well as Nanika, had truly missed him. It's been⊠lonely.

A smile stretched from ear to ear. Her arms, slim and covered with the sleeves of her miko-esque outfit, wrapped around the boy's figure. Ever since the gnome wars started, the girl had been waiting patiently for it to end, continuously wanting to see her brother aside from the screen of the televisions. Now that it's all over she can...

Oh, it wanted to play. He really didnât want to associate with the figure who stood in front of him. Illumi remained still, emotionless, looking down at it. âPlayingâ was not an activity he would partake in, although⊠It could certainly open up opportunities.

ââ â» âA... a game! Wanna play together?â
     'Family' is suppose to spend time together. As 'family', she wanted to spend time with her brother, despite being the one who looked down on her with such a... look. The girl couldn't find a word to describe it, but it had led to her thinking if she was a nuisance to the family. She didn't want to be one. She wanted to get along.

     Now or never, now or never. Her eldest brother did scare her a bit, Nanika outright terrified of the man (thank goodness she was asleep), but he was still family.

     I donât know anything about HxH but MAN is Allukaâs dress pretty. I ran out of real watercolor paper though so I started painting on old sheets of music soâŠ.
     I was in a hurry with the scanner because a creepy guy was talking to me and so itâs sideways yolo.Â

     Kazuya-nii is really cool too! He can make lightning just like onii-chan! Ah, right! Alluka will make sure to keep his name secret as promised!
And there she was⊠Covered in blood and yet still with that innocent, trusting look on her face. Blood-soaked hair fell into his face, covering his usual vibrantly blue eyes. Thin arms found themselves around the tiny form before him, hugging her as close as he could.
"Alluka⊠Iâm sorry⊠Iâm so sorryâŠ"
     Seeing her brother with such an expression, it made the girl as well as Nanika sad. The latter was close to tears just hearing the tone of his voice. Neither of them wanted to see the one they cared so deeply for make such a face.Â
ââ â» "Mm! It's okay...!" She wrapped her own arms around him, giving a little pat of reassurance. "It's okay, onii-chan... don't cry..!"
