Entrance: Two BOS members are standing guard at the bunker entrance. Entering requires obtaining the quest from Cabbot to retrieve a holodisk from level 1 of the Glow (Become an Initiate quest, gives 2000xp)
Level 1: Paladin Rhombus’ office and quarters, a guardroom, the training room, and a supply room with a ton of stuff. The locker in Rhombus’ room has the systolic motivator to fix the power armor found on level 3. Being an initiate gets you Brotherhood armor and some ammo from Michael. Rescuing the initiate in the Hub gets you authorization from Talus for a reward- Michael lets you choose a laser pistol, rocket launcher, super sledge, or power armor (you need a reputation of 16 to get the power armor as a reward, but it makes more sense to just fix the one on level 3). Apparently, you can watch the training happening to increase Unarmed and Melee by 5% and get 500XP. The locked inventory room has a ton of crates filled with stuff. The Brotherhood turns hostile if you mess with the door more than once, so you need to successfully pick the lock on the first try or use an electronic lockpick.

Level 2: Initiate’s quarters, a classroom, and the infirmary. Get elective surgeries from Dr. Lorri in the infirmary: Strength for $2000 (3 weeks), Perception for $4000 (1 week), Endurance for $3000 (1 week), Intelligence for $6000 (3 weeks), Agility for $5000 (3 weeks). The locker behind Dr. Lorri has mentats, radaway, psycho, buffout, rad-X and two super stimpacks. The initiates quarters all have footlockers. Each has a footlocker with .44 Magnum JHP ammo and another footlocker with 5mm AP ammo (except for one room which has a combat knife instead of 5mm AP ammo).
Level 3: The workshop, library, and some living quarters. Go into the workshop and talk with Kyle so you can try to repair the broken power armor with the systolic motivator. Save right before the repair check because the repair skill requirement goes up if you fail. When you fix it, you get to keep the power armor. Talk to Sophia in the library about Brotherhood history for a holodisk on the topic. Ask Vree how to use holodisks to get access to a computer lesson that increases the science skill, and ask about an autopsy report for a holodisk with information that will demoralize the Master. I read that you can get rad-X from talking to her, but that seems pointless since to get into Lost Hills you have already gone through the only place with excessive radiation. The first living quarters room has a footlocker with a throwing knife and a super stimpack, and a locker with a Desert Eagle .44, .44 Magnum JHP ammo, and two stimpacks. The next has a locker with a knife, brass knuckles, and two stimpacks. The last room has a footlocker with a frag grenade and a super stimpack.
Level 4: Talk to Elder Maxon to get the quest to scout the northern wastes and permission for a “gear upgrade” from Mathia, the guy next to him. You get to pick a sniper rifle, rocket launcher, laser pistol, power fist, or Ripper. If you go scout Mariposa Military Base by entering the map, then come back and tell the elders, you can convince them to send help. It’s easier to just sneak run through the military base by yourself, set it to detonate, then leave.
