I like him, probably more than I should. When I see him laugh, all I do is memorise the wrinkles that are imprinted in his skin and want to reach out and gently touch them. When he talks, I close my eyes and visualise his words. He’s not the kind of guy who goes for people like me; I’m loud and naïve and not his type, at least that’s what my friends tell me. I don’t know if I should keep trying or forget the wrinkles on his face and the shapes his words leave in my soul.
