thank you to everyone who participated whether it was for the countdown art, posting submissions during the week, or just as a consumer. this year had so many wonderful pieces, art and fics alike, and it makes me so happy to see the amount of support you've all given to them. i hope to see you all again for next year's week. ♥

hi everyone, naruritsu week will be on hiatus until further notice. i haven't decided whether or not to close the account as a whole as of this moment.

i've been watching the situation thinking that it couldn't get worse, yet it somehow continues to get even worse in ways i didn't think were possible. keep up the boycott, it's heartening to know that (almost) everyone isn't willing to let this slip by like nothing.

and, if i do decide to end this account, thank you all for being here for the past two years and all of the love you have for these two characters.

My Naruritsu week 2024 works, I posted them daily on twitter but thought I would put them all together in one post on tumblr ^^

as promised, i've put together a loose schedule for a naruritsu secret santa event. my plan is to have a second interest check mid september and as long as there is a good response, meaning we hit at least double digits, then the event will be held which i think we could very easily do.

from there, we'd move on to sign ups in october with the assignments being given by the end of the month to leave plenty of time for the creation period because i know how busy the end of the year can get. i'll do one to two check ins during the creation period just to see how everyone is doing with the prompts they were given and make sure that's all working out. then the posting period would be the last two weeks in december, so no hard deadline exactly.

there's some things i have to plan out in my head first for it, so i don't want to put out any dates or say anything definite right now aside from saying here's what i'm thinking, so expect more details as we get closer to september!! with the turn out we got for this year's week, i think we could definitely have a good turn out for a secret santa too. and what's more fun than spreading naruritsu cheer throughout the whole year <33 hope to see you all then!!
