I support these two as a couple. I donāt care how anyone else feels about it, I loved these two.
Description.
Accelerator, and Mikoto met each other before, but they never say a word to one another. They didnāt know about each other being involved in the experiment. But then after the experiment was cancelled, and Accelerator has began to realizes his mistakes, he decided to take a walk through the streets thinking about everything that had happen up till now, and how he has to deal with Last Order now.
While he was walking, Mikoto notices him, and blocked his path. He knew he was going to give him a mouthful of what heās done in the past. She began talking and wondering why would someone like him who killed 10,000 clones of her now want to protect a younger version of herself.
Accelerator refused to answer, and began to walk off but Mikoto then say something about Last Order, and how him being around her would only cause her more trouble, and that heāll be unable to protect her when the time comes. āWhy would someone like you care for a Sister when youāve killed 10,000 of them? Wouldnāt your Darkness be one of the reasons she may die?ā
Accelerator began getting angry at the fact that she was right, and wanted to shut her up, but before he was able to attack her, he began to remember the past, and how he tortured the Misaka clones, and fought against Mikoto when she was enraged at seeing him killing the clone.
She fought him, and failed miserably at that, but Accelerator spared her life on a whim. Something stopped him from killing her back then, but Mikoto was still scar from her defeat, and every time she sleeps, she always sees Acceleratorās face. She didnāt know why, but her face always felt hot when she thinks of him.
She couldnāt find an answer of why, then one day he found her again. She ran but he landed in front of her preventing her from leaving. But just like before he couldnāt bring himself to harm her. He decided to just leave her be, and continue on with the experiment.
They both stopped thinking of the past, and Mikoto put her guard up thinking he was about to attack her but he stopped himself. He took notices to the tears in her eyes, and realizes he couldnāt harm her again.
Tears threatens to fall from her eyes, as she finally realizes she didnāt want to see him go down this dangerous road that may get him killed. She was so painfully in love with Accelerator, despite what heās done, and wanted to believe he could change for the better.
Accelerator realized he felt the same way but looked away. He moved his mouth slightly and answered her earlier question about Last Order. It wasnāt a hard question but, Accelerator couldnāt think of another responds other than⦠āYouāre rightā¦ā
Accelerator has figured this anime shit out and is asking the important questions.
Who hasn't ask the same question?
Lightning watched him die, by her own hands. She had to. She had to kill him. Otherwise he would have been stuck as a monsterā¦Pulling the bloodied blade out, the Savior let his body fall to the floor. Thatās all she could do. The Savior could feel his soul being released, and she couldnāt save it..
Rouge gloves now covered in bloodā¦the woman removed them before tossing them on him and walking away. There was nothing more she could do.Ā
~~~~~~~~~~
The end of the world cameā¦Where all the souls of the dead could be saved. Snow, and Serah. Both saved. Lightning couldnāt look either of them in the eyes. Overwhelming guilt pushed on her shoulders. The weight of her burdens finally taking their toll on her.
"Iām sorryā¦"
The blonde crossed his arms standing right in front of Lightning. He didnāt know what to say. Heās normally the one to break the ice. He couldnāt keep a girl waiting.
"For what?"
He stared at her. He wasnāt angry at her. To be honest. There wasnāt a hint of rage coming from him. She saved them after all. He gently places a hand on Lightningās shoulder, secretly hoping she doesnāt punch him out of reflex.
"Everythingās okay now."
He scratches the back of his head as he turns his back from her, and chuckles dryly.
"Well almost everything."
He places his other hand on her other shoulder, and shakes her slightly to get her attention.
"Youāre the only one who isnāt happy."
He shakes her a bit more wondering why sheās trying to avoid making eye contact with him
"Whatās on your mind, Light? Talk to me!"
"Donāt touch meā¦"The woman pushed him away, shaking her head. She didnāt deserve it. It didnāt matter if everyone or no one was angry at her. Lightning was angry at herself.Ā
"I killed you. I killed Serahā¦I killed other people tooā¦." The woman shook her head, crossing her arms to turn away from them. "Not only thatā¦but I donāt even deserve to be going to the new worldā¦"
"Not someone like me."
Snow only stared at her in surprises. He didn't like the way she was treating herself. Snow was stubborn. Every time she says leave her alone, he continued to push on regardless.
"Lightning... Out of everyone here, you belong in the New World."
Even though she pushed him away, he kept on walking back towards her, so she could hear him loud and clear.
"Sure... You sort of killed me. But I'm here right now, aren't I?"
Doesn't that mean anything? Doesn't me being alive now mean anything to you? He rubbed his cheek wondering if he's saying the right set of words for her.
"Lightning... I'm probably the last one to say this... but... Don't blame yourself."
He smiled at her But it was a weak smile.
"You can blame me if you want."
The sword pierced through his heart. The pain was severe but subsided quickly. His body began to shut down. He closes began to closes. His heart stopped beating, as well as his breathe became faint with each second.
He could no longer fight back. The jaws of death had him in a tight hold. And you know what, he didnāt fight back. He was glad it was her that ended him. He was happy.
No one else could do it other than her. He was sorry it ended this way, but no one could finishes this request other than the savior herself. Heaven⦠Heāll. He didnāt care where he was going from hereā¦
He just knew that the world would be safe in her hands. Better than in his hands after all. The role of the hero was always hers. From the very beginning. He had to accept. He had to acknowledges it.
If he didnāt he wouldnāt have handed over the world to her. He smiledā¦
"Iā¦still kept⦠that one⦠promiseā¦"
He faintly spoke as his body fell cold to the ground unresponsive.
Accelerator vs Mikoto Misaka. Strongest Level 5 vs the Third Strongest Level 5. Who will win?
Ā Ā He continued to stare at her. He knew there was nothing left to be done. Heās done all that he could for her. Everything. Maybe there was another way, but is there enough to time to find one?
Doubt it. With only a few days left of the world. Trying to just save that one person over the millions of others would-be truly selfish. Would Lightning be able to bring herself to such a Level of selfishness?
No one knew. The answer lies within Lighningās heart and mind. Everything now was her decision. Will she kill the man, and save him from his suffering? Or will think of someway to save him from his despair? The decision was up to the rosette color hair Savior.
The woman looked down at her blade, clenching her hand around the handle. She had to bring Serah back. In order to do that, Lightning had to save as many souls as she could. Pick and chose who gets saved.Ā
Lightning had said that she would do anything she could to get her back. No matter what it wasā¦.But she never thought it would have to come down to thisā¦
With a deep breath, she drew the blade back and penetrated the blade through his heart. "I know I canāt be forgivenā¦Iām sorryā¦"
The blade pierced through his heart. His body slowly grew cold as the snow itself. Like his name. His breathe stopped, and his heart beat stopped soon after.
The blonde man was dead. The savior killed him. But little did she know he was glad it was her. He wouldn't have wanted any other to do it other than her.
He was happy. He didn't regret anything. He smiling even in death. He's done so much for this world to live, and his reward for it was to die like a real selfless hero.
His eyes began to close. Letting the cold embrace of death take him away. Was he going to heaven or was he going hell? Either way, he didn't care. His memories flashed between his eyes imaging everyone he met before this day.
Gadot
Ā The woman was soon smacked to the side, landing on the ground with a hard thud. A bit weakened, Lightning slowly pushed herself off the ground. Pained screams filling the air as she turned back to Snow.Ā
The Cieāth charged towards her, all she did was grab him around the shoulder. This was her last resort. She knew he was in pain. The agony he must be suffering right now.Ā
But she couldnāt lose himā¦
"Snowā¦Donāt give up on me. I canāt be the hero you want me to be. I canāt save everyoneā¦Itās not possible." Fist pressed against his chest, shaking her head. There wasnāt enough time. Lightning had to pick and chose who gets saved.Ā
"I want to save you. I want to make you free!" Lightning punched him again, yet it didnāt hold as much strength as it had once before. "I just donāt know howā¦" Voice cracking with tears that would not show. Just overwhelming sadness.
"Serah would knowā¦.She would know how to save youā¦" The sweet younger sister would know. Something to calm him, something to bring him backā¦
"But Iām not Serahā¦.! And all I can do is what you asked me to." All she could do is kill him. Free him from the pain of his Cieāth formā¦
"Justā¦donāt forget about us. Donāt forget about Serahā¦Donāt forgetā¦Donāt let your feelings get lost in the Chaosā¦" The rosette started, wiping away the tear before placing a gloved hand on his cheek.Ā
"Donāt forget meā¦" Lightning whispered, closing her eyes before doing what she had promised herself sheād never do.
She kissed him. For the firstā¦and last time.Ā
The Half Cieāth blonde just stood there feeling the warm embrace of the woman he was desperately asking to kill him. He was no more than a monster waiting to be slain like oneā¦
That was until he felt soft lips up against his own. He didnāt move, he arms grew limp, he was motionless. Why did any of this matter? Why was he asking himself the same question?
Why He felt calm. He felt normal. All the pain was slowly washing away as the rosette lips were touching his. Why does he feel this way even after completely losing his sanity.
Maybe he still had a little humanity left⦠He was still thinking like a human. And reacting like one, just with more animal like instincts.
He didnāt know what to do anymore. He just stood there enjoying the taste of her small soft lips.
"Lightā¦ning." He called out her name again, but this time it had a tiny bit of emotion behind it.
The Chaos from the room, and city was dissipating, and even the Chaos from Snow was slowly vanishing. He did it. He was able to stop the Chaos from spreading into the city⦠But at what cost? What will he lose in exchange for this? His humanity? His life? What would be the perfect equivalent exchange for this?
The woman pulled away,closing her eyes as she shook her head.Ā āI know. I know.āĀ Lightning replied, backing away from him to go back and grab her blade. The rosette knew he wanted to be slain. She couldnāt get Snow backā¦
He had lived through the Chaosā¦but at what cost? To live as a partial Cieāth. One that might not even be humanā¦Lightning couldnāt let him live like that. Yet she was conflicted, and felt selfishā¦.
And Snow calling out her name didnāt help at all.Ā
Lifting the handle into her hand, almost so loose that it could fall out of her hand. The woman walked towards, hands shaking as she lifted up the blade and watched him. Cerulean eyes watering as she spoke.Ā
"Iām sorry, Snow. Iām sorry I canāt save you."
He continued to stare at her. He knew there was nothing left to be done. He's done all that he could for her. Everything. Maybe there was another way, but is there enough to time to find one?
Ā The half Cieāth blonde just continued with his demonic grunts. He couldnāt think. He couldnāt speak. He didnāt even know what he was doing anymore. All he felt was⦠pain.
A massive amount of pain. More pain then he could bear if he was human. He could faintly see a woman constantly throwing punches at him. Punch after punch. He endured it. He was going to endure it all.
Then the fist just stoppedā¦
"ā¦"
He couldnāt say a word. The woman looked so familiar⦠Why was it every time he sees her face, and hair, the pain was just that much more. Why?
His Cieāth instincts took over, and he swings his Cieāth towards her, and knocks her over to the side, and his roars.
"Aaahhhhh!!!"
He slams his Cieāth arm to the ground angrily. He couldnāt control himself. He didnāt want to stay like this anymore. He wanted it all to end.
He growls angrily, and lunges himself towards her. He was wanted her to kill him. He couldnāt bear having to fight any longer. A tear like sustains became to roll down his cheek, and he stop himself.
"Lightā¦ā¦ningā¦.."
Ā He began panting slowly not being able to within the weight of the burden of his shoulders anymore. He clenched his teeth already knowing he doesnāt deserve to face Serah.
āSay what you want, Lightning.ā All of his pain, grief, and despair finally started to show among his face. He had to fight back some of the tears threatening to fall from his eyes.
āNothingās gonna change the fact that I swore to make Serah happy and I even promised you that I would protect her, as well as the world, but instead I couldnāt even keep her from dying.ā He was no better than a broken man. A man who has a broken will. If he were a pawn to the gods, then at least they was able to find some uses for a broken tool.
āI couldnāt protect the world, like I say! I know Iāll never see her again. I couldn't face even in death, andā¦ā He turned back to her one last time, and stared at her from the side of his eye.
āI couldnāt even face you if I were to stay aliveā¦ā He hesitated but let his hand close into a fist, and he slowly entered the Chaos Infusion, and felt all it evil energy coursing throughout his body as he stand in the center of the infusion.
All of the chaos within the room began to gather towards Snow as his LāCie brand turned from glowing bright blue to dark red. He gripped on to his arm, and let out a scream. But he couldnāt stop now, he had to cleanse the room, and the city of all the Chaos. All of it's evil energy.
"You canāt just give up now! You will see Serah again!"Ā The woman shouted, blocking the strong winds. Thatās why she was fighting. Fix the mistakes sheās made. If anyone didnāt deserve to be forgiven, it was the Savior herselfā¦.
Eyes widened, almost cringing at the pain in his voice. Lightning never wanted this to happened to him. Giving up was something she couldnāt do.Ā
"Snow, youāre a damn fool!"Ā The rosette shouted, pushing herself towards him.Ā āIām tired of always fighting. The never ending battlesā¦ā¦I still feel drained! I donāt have the luxury to give up!ā "Iām not a hero, Snow!"Ā This was the truth. Lightning was only following through her role for her own desires. Not because she really wanted to help people, but so Serah could come backā¦
"Iām not selflessā¦Iām not doing this for the Hell of it! You arenāt dying today! Not by my hand!"
Snow couldnāt hear her. Lightning's words could no longer reach him. The Chaos was blocking all of the outside voices and sounds. His Brand began to absorb all of the chaos within the room. He continues to yell out in agony as the the chaos enters his arm. But this pain is only the beginning of what punishment he deserved.
"This is what I deserve! I know it, you know it, everyone knows it! So come on, Light! Do your worst to me!!"
A bright red light flash throughout the room, and engulf the vision of Lightning for seconds. The light slowly dissipated, and started coming from the center of room where Snow was supposed to be.
A red aura had surround his right arm, and as she takes a closer look, she notices his arm had change from a normal human arm into a Cieāthās arm. His Cieāth was half way across his body, and continues to spread.
He was on his knees slowly looking up with his eyes glowing red. He slowly gets back up to his feet and looks at his now Cieāth arm.
"Sorry, Lightning. I have one final request to ask of you⦠Youāre the only one who can do it⦠The only one I want to do it."
He slowly turned around revealing his Half Cieāth form to Lightning. He still looked human, but judging from how the Cieāth was spreading like a parasite across his chest. It was only a matter of time until his loses his sanity, and humanity.
"Kill me⦠End it all here. By destroying meā¦"
He whispered his last words almost demonic, and emotion less.
"My Cieāthā¦"
He had no regretsā¦
How could he ask her of such a request? Serah would hate herā¦.The rosette would hate herself tenfoldā¦There had to be another way to reach him. There had to beā¦
Right nowā¦Snow had to be weakened enough to reach out to him. Pulling out the sleek blade of Femme Fatale, Lightning charged forward. Slashing away as she tried to get through thick skin.
Slash after slash, hit after hit. Flipping and dodging. attacking and defending. All trying to get through the person she needed.
It was soon that Snow was finally on the ground, grunting in pain. āSnowā¦ā The woman pulled out Serahās necklace, clenching her hand over it before it pulled back. Knuckles colliding with Snowās jaw.
"Wake up! I know you hear me!" Lightning shouted, continuing to punch him over and over again, becoming more and more desperate.
"What about Serah?!" The savior started, voice cracking as punch after punch hit his body. "You canāt keep her safe if sheās dead! You damn fool!"
Nothing was workingā¦.he still sat there, demonic gruntingā¦.red eyes nothing like the ones she knew.
"What about me?" The woman whispered placing a hand on the bladeā¦there wasnāt anything that she could do."How could you make me kill youā¦.? How could you ask me that?"
The half Cie'th blonde just continued with his demonic grunts. He couldn't think. He couldn't speak. He didn't even know what he was doing anymore. All he felt was... pain.
The half Cie'th blonde just continued to grunt demonic. He couldn't think. He couldn't speak. He didn't even know what he was doing anymore. All he felt was... pain.
A massive amount of pain. More pain then he could bear if he was human. He could faintly see a woman constantly throwing punches at him. Punch after punch. He endured it.
Then the fist just stopped...
"..."
He couldn't say a word.
Ā He began panting slowly not being able to within the weight of the burden of his shoulders anymore. He clenched his teeth already knowing he doesnāt deserve to face Serah.
āSay what you want, Lightning.ā All of his pain, grief, and despair finally started to show among his face. He had to fight back some of the tears threatening to fall from his eyes.
āNothingās gonna change the fact that I swore to make Serah happy and I even promised you that I would protect her, as well as the world, but instead I couldnāt even keep her from dying.ā He was no better than a broken man. A man who has a broken will. If he were a pawn to the gods, then at least they was able to find some uses for a broken tool.
āI couldnāt protect the world, like I say! I know Iāll never see her again. I coukdn face even in death, andā¦ā He turned back to her one last time, and stared at her from the side of his eye.
āI couldnāt even face you if I were to stay aliveā¦ā He hesitated but let his hand close into a fist, and entered the Chaos Infusion, and felt all it evil energy coursing throughout his body as he standed in the center of the infusion.
All of the chaos within the slowly began to gather towards Snow as his LāCie brand turned from glowing bright blue to dark red. He gripped on to his arm, and let out a scream. But he couldnāt stop now, he had to cleanse the room, and the city of all the Chaos.
"You canāt just give up now! You will see Serah again!"Ā The woman shouted, blocking the strong winds. Thatās why she was fighting. Fix the mistakes sheās made. If anyone didnāt deserve to be forgiven, it was the Savior herselfā¦.
Eyes widened, almost cringing at the pain in his voice. Lightning never wanted this to happened to him. Giving up was something she couldnāt do.Ā
"Snow, youāre a damn fool!"Ā The rosette shouted, pushing herself towards him.Ā āIām tired of always fighting. The never ending battlesā¦ā¦I still feel drained! I donāt have the luxury to give up!ā "Iām not a hero, Snow!"Ā This was the truth. Lightning was only following through her role for her own desires. Not because she really wanted to help people, but so Serah could come backā¦
"Iām not selflessā¦Iām not doing this for the Hell of it! You arenāt dying today! Not by my hand!"
Snow couldn't hear her. Lightning should no longer reach him. The Chaos was blocking all of the outside voices. His Brand began to absorb all of the chaos within the room. He continues to yell out in agony as the the chaos enters his arm. But this pain is only the beginning of what punishment he deserved.
"This is what I deserve! I know it, you know it, everyone knows it! So come on, Light! Do your worst to me!!"
A bright red light flash throughout the room, and engulf the vision of Lightning for seconds. The light slowly dissipated, and started coming from the center of room where Snow was supposed to be.
A red aura had surround his right arm, and as she takes a closer look, he notices his arm had change from a normal human arm into a Cie'th's arm. His Cie'th was half way across his body, and continues to spread.
He was on his knees slowly looking up with his eyes glowing red. He slowly gets back up to his feet and looks at his now Cie'th arm.
"Sorry, Lightning. I have one final request to ask of you... You're the only one who can do it... The only one I want to do it."
He slowly turned around revealing his Half Cie'th form to Lightning. He still looked human, but judging from how the Cie'th was spreading like a parasite across his chest. It was only a matter of time until his loses his sanity, and humanity.
"Kill me... End it all here. By destroying me..."
He whispered his last words almost demonic, and emotion less.
"My Cie'th..."
He had no regrets...
āLet me do this! Iām tired of being uselessā¦ā She say if he were to die now, that he would being breaking every promise that he make.
But no. By doing this, he would be keeping that one promise he secretly made to Lightning. He may not have been able to say it to her face, but he was going to keep that one to the very end.
āFor 500 years. I watched the world crumble⦠I watched it died!ā
He turn to her still holding his arm. The pain of facing Lightning now would be too much. Even he has limits. He suffered 500 years of waiting, and searching for a place to die. He wasnāt going to pass up the chance to finally died like a real hero would.
Lightning was never the type to sacrifice anyone. And Snow was the same as her. But someone had to take responsibility for the worldās destruction. Lightning was asleep for all those years. Snow had to watch over it while she sleeps.
He search for a way to stop it, but no matter what he did, no matter how long he search for a way, all of it was in vain. He wouldnāt want to see the world he tried so hard to protect to die. He was desperate for a way to die with some honor as a hero.
āI couldnāt stop a damn thing! Or do anything right! Donāt you get that?!ā
He was angry, and wanted to blame someone, but there was no one else to blame, and even if there was, it wouldnāt be in him to. He just had to do one last thing before he let Lightning end him. He LāCie brand continue glowing signaling him that time was nearly up for the blonde man.
āIf I had to give up my life so everyone else can live, then I would do it without hesitation! Pleases! Just give me this one chance to prove it!ā
He remembered how Lightning used to call him āall talk.ā And she was right most of the time. This time he wasnāt going to let those words stop him.
āIām not all talk anyone, Light. I can be the āHeroā in the end.ā
Serahās. The world, and most of all. Yours. He couldnāt help but smile even at deathās door.
Cerulean eyes widened as she stared at Snow. Watching him pour out all his despair and anguish into the air. It wasnāt his fault that this happened. Lightning knew that was hers alone.Ā
There was no way he could stop anything that happened, they were all pawns of gods at the time. She still wasā¦
But that was no excuse for what he was trying to do now. Snow was running away under the mask of a heroic deed. This wasnāt the way to save anyoneā¦
This made the Savior furious.
"Dammit, youāre not trying to do the right thing: youāre running away!" The rosette yelled, fists tightened as she took another step forward. The woman knew he was tired, that he just wanted the pain to stop.
"Youāre looking for a way out, a death thatās no different than suicide!"Ā Lightning understood why he wanted to let go. Why he wanted to do this. That didnāt make it any better, though. It made her angry, almost jealous. Lightning wanted to be able to finishā¦She wanted to be able to stop fighting. Just finally rest and live the life she used to haveā¦
Lightning wanted the impossible.Ā
The Savior knew she could never go back, that all Serah might have is Snow. That she couldnāt be there for them anymoreā¦.
"How could you face Serah after that?!"
How could you ask me to kill you?
He began panting slowly not being able to within the weight of the burden of his shoulders anymore. He clenched his teeth already knowing he doesnāt deserve to face Serah.
