1. Go west of the Filia mana tunnel:

2. Use demi (or l-rods), hop on a fast mount, and run around the area. There should be a ton of Eye of the Suns that pop up and they count for training. They respawn real fast too.

(there's about a dozen in the area; I wasn't fast enough to screenshot it all)

3. You can also sketch this thing for sketching exp since it's right there and never leaves.
