She changed the subject. It was not like Natasha was completely oblivious, for she knew a bit about this guy, she was just attempting to play the fool. He had a name, she just couldn't recall it.

Besides, Natasha Peterson and her family history were as transparent as an empty bottle of rum. Either she would loathe him for being rich, or her tough girl shtick would give him grudging points for being upfront about it. “The funny thing about money’s that it can buy you the moon if you know the right price to negotiate at. I would know, of course; I work in finance for a living.”

Although her slight grin was nothing but playful, she knew the Cuthbert's were not to be trusted. Treachery ran in the blood, and it was typical of them to show off their possessions. She was tempted to have him remember what last happened to his brother's showoff tendencies, but Natasha was having too much fun picturing how he'd look like with her hands on his neck - and not on the sexual way.

He crossed the room in a few strides, passing by her, not caring anymore. He had a bottle of whiskey stashed away and pulled it out. "I don’t like your attitude, so you can call our deal over," he said nonchalantly. "I don’t need you, remember that. I’m the one with the access to the money. You’re just the street rat," he said. "So you can leave the way you came, right back out the window."

It came fast, but it was not as if she had lost control - all words, all actions, manipulated. Her hand reached out to his cheeks, and before Natasha could notice, she had done it. Another lost client.

Zachary watched the woman in front of him, his eyes catching every movement, as subtle as they were. He knew about her job, and her hobby, if you could call it that. "I wouldn’t call her trash, she has a nice smile," he joked lightly, not expecting her to laugh in return. "Brought her home last night, this morning I found her snooping through my paperwork." Zachary looked at the file in his hands, and shut it quickly. "Can’t be sure what she saw, it’s easiest to just get rid of the problem."

Natasha stated, turning on her heels to face the blonde haired men in suit. He was rich; but the bloodlust was visible in his eyes, as if he wanted something more, something else, anything.

Her temper was one of a kind - she lacked the patience to sit down and listen, yet Natasha paid close attention to his words. It was not as if she was just joking around. This was business, and this was money. "So, when, how and where should it get done? Any deadlines, specific observations? If not, I'll just go ahead and get my hands dirty." Straightforward. Simple. Blunt. That's how she liked it.
