ok but the fact that m gets defensive when the detective asks about f’s past a little and then if you do f’s route, there’s a part where m comes to like gruffly thank the detective for watching f’s back during the house of mirrors scene and then another one later if you choose to be in a relationship with f where they sit cuddled together and admit they’re a thing and m goes “finally” and like i just think m being the begrudingly protective older sibling to f is very important
