So with everyone's theories around Jenny, The Bike, and William Staniforth Donahue, I think I may have found the key to this mystery. I don't know where to begin to look for where to fit it in, but it seems necessary for figuring out whether WSD is the addict or not. It's a line in Fall of the Star High School Running Back

I was also super curious about this after listening to the album but found it hard to get a straight answer, what I found was Penal § 8.07 - Age Affecting Criminal Responsibility.

I don’t know when this law was put into effect (I’m not a lawyer) but it was amended in 1973 and acid was made illegal in 1968 so the song taking place sometime between those numbers would make sense.

JD said somewhere that the characters were around 30 I think? So I like the idea of one of them being WSD
