Might be the last time to buy fish at the market, so I spent a pretty penny for some wild salmon. Dollop of mayo.... peefect meal.

Wow! It’s been a long time since I posted. Time flies when your having fun. Just over 7 months carnivore. Down 20 pounds and feeling good. Food is simple and when I’ve been naughty, I felt it.
