The Imperfect Lumpia's (Egg Rolls)
I just had to ask Mr. Passive-Aggressive to help me roll the lumpias. He sucks. He really sucks! This is the 2nd time I make lumpias, but the very first time I added meat.
Bean sprouts
3 fried eggs
Ground beef and shrimp mixture (onions, salt, white pepper, hot sauce, soy sauce)
Egg roll shells
Lumpia (egg roll) filling cooked
In shell (don't be like me and stuff the shells)
Rolled
Finished product. I almost had a heart attack because they look so damn UGLY! They were indeed taste but the finished product sucked. It doesn't look appetizing as food should look.
I must have no shame to post these online. But wtf? I've seen worse pics than these. ;-)
