Anxiety and Panic Attacks

So today I had a strong anxiety moment that turned into a panic attack. And this occured at my work place. 

Initially I was doing some sql codes and the things were going great. I thought to myself I think I really can do this. (FYI I started working in October, so I’m a junior at my company and i’m not in the area of my degree) and the first fewsql codes were good and worked. yey me

But then something happened. I think my brain just turned off and i couldn’t think anymore. All of the sql code that I was doing turned into results that weren’t AT ALL correct! And those words that pop out in my head earlier, now were... YOU SUCK, YOU ARE SOME PIECE OF SHIT THAT DOESN’T UNDERSTAND A THING OF THIS... and because I’m in a very serious project, I end up almost screwing EVERY-DAMN-THING! My heart started racing and I started crying...  IN MY WORK PLACE. SO FUCKING EMBARRASING! It’s something I simply can’t control, when I’m in a high level of anxiety i start crying... 

At this point I realised that I needed to end the work day and just go home. And I did. And, at home, I cryed the all thing out of me...

I am exhausted.
