Just wondering--how did you make the 3D(?) teeth on you Bendy cosplay?

The teeth are actually just made of layered tulle! When I created the mask, I wanted to give the mask a sort of optical illusion. Layered tulle sort of gave that illusion that the physical look of 2D and 3D were being blurred. To create the same look, I layered the tulle, glued it inside the mask, and then made the lines for the teeth using fabric paint. I also made sure to outline the inner parts of the cuts I made into the foam with black to further the illusion.I hope this helps! ^^’

I know this is a bit late, but for Halloween, I got to meet a fan of mine! A little kid made their own Bendy cosplay for Halloween and totally recognized my Bendy cosplay! I love this little kid and I can’t thank them enough for making my day that day.

Had an amazing time at the Paranormal Fest here in SA! Dressed up as Bendy and lots of people enjoyed my cosplay! (A little bummed that I didn't place in any of the categories in the cosplay contest) but! I did get to witness a wonderful visual and audio performance done by @wolfpartynoise performance was very creepy and super awesome! I loved it!

You also gotta know that if you’re going somewhere where there will be children and you’re in a costume even slightly similar to a Disney character they will think you are that character. 

 My hair is dyed white and at last year’s Ren Fest I was dressed as a water nymph. So i was in all blue, with glittery blue heeled boots on. Personally, I would have never thought that I looked like Elsa. I had leggings on, not a dress. And no ice themed anything. But that didn’t stop the sweetest little princess from asking me if I was Elsa. 

 I’ll admit that I was thrown for a loop, since I thought I was a pretty convincing mermaid on land with my scale print leggings. But I’m not a dick so I quickly recovered and said I was her cousin. Kids are more than happy to accept that and she smiled then shyly ran back to her mom to tell her she met Elsa’s cousin. 

If you’re in a glittery costume of any sort, in a place where children will be, be prepared to be nice to them. Otherwise you’re just a jerk. No one likes jerks.

Seriously. If I go anywhere in ANY costume, no matter if I’m a princess, hero, or villain, I’m nice to the kids. They just wanna play!

Listen this is so so important to me. If you look remotely magical at all. Kids will come to you. I’ve had kids come to me when I’m just in a wig and ask if I’m a unicorn princess. I will always say yes.

When I was Keyleth at the ren Faire, I had this little freckly girl run up to me and my friend and ask if I was a deer. I said of course. She was so intrigued and interested and I stayed in character for the whole thing (I tried to) because it’s a kid.

Seriously. Don’t ever be antisocial to a kid or reject them if they ask if you’re a princess. That’s how you make kids who don’t believe in anything.

Before show night, us actors were told that little kids were going to talk to us, and they did! It was amazing!

Also, if you dress up, be ready for people to ask to take your picture.

You can always refuse, of course, but don’t be a jerk about that too. If a kid wants a picture with you, either politely refuse, or stay in character to say yes. 

Don’t look at them like they’re crazy. They want a picture because your costume looks awesome. It’s a compliment. Don’t be a jerk, especially to kids. Please.

And remember if you get stuck dealing with pushy parents, dont take it out on their kids, its not the kids fault they have are jerky parents.

And since its semi related. If you are posing for a picture with children. DO NOT pick them up. Even if the parent is asking you to. Because if something happens and you accidentally drop them because they wiggle, parents can and will try to sue the hell out of you and make a scene.

No problem! And yes, I used a standard morph suit (tbh it's a bit big on me, but it works!) and some black leather closed toed shoes which no lacing. (I think they count as boots???)
