love is found in the small gestures, the attention to detail, thoughtfulness.

Sometimes trauma responses are contradictory and confusing.

You might be hypersexual but also sex repulsed.

You might feel lonely but also not want to be around people.

You might have to urge to hear a type of music or a specific song, and five seconds in, it hurts your ears.

Trauma often doesn’t make sense. You’re valid even when your symptoms seem to contradict each other.
