hey

i'm ndnprct3, and i do art of original characters from time to time i also do youtube videos, but i won't really post about those here

i mainly work with paint.net and Blender!

almost all of my characters exist in the same universe, which i call Area 990.

Area 990 is essentially the area code for a town called Westerfield. A magic pocket dimension that can only be accessed through a door hidden in a forest, somewhere in the Southeast USA. The town houses many strange and supernatural nonhuman beings, including wizards, demons, magic lifeforms, robots, aliens, and the like. 

The door has been closed off to humans since forever, but they made themselves known during the early 80s. They've had time to get used to each other, but everything's a slow process. But things seem to be okay for now, at least.

You're walking under a bridge, and you see a demon in front of you, illuminated in the light. He stands there, and after a few moments, he waves at you. You ask him what he wants for him to let you free.

He's a little confused. "I'm not gonna hurt you, I promise. I was actually just on the way to a friend's house. Are you looking for somewhere? I can give you directions if you'd like."

Cautious, you take him up on his offer. Surprisingly, he has no ulterior motives as he calmly gives you directions to the nearest convenience store, then moves out of the way to let you pass, before walking away in the opposite direction.

Looks can be deceiving.

He's a demigod who spends his time hanging out with people. Whoever he picks is the only one who can see him in his true form.

(He isn't actually a wizard, he dresses like one because he likes to.)

Made him hold a TV for my toyhou.se profile. The second one's just an alternate TV-less version just in case I need it.

Made these orthographic renders for reference purposes.

Fun fact: I actually shrunk these down a lot, because I accidentally rendered them twice as big, so the original versions of these images are so fucking huge for no reason. X X X X

This is Todd Patterson! (Wait... Isn't he a sentient pocket dimension that inhabits the inside of a top hat sitting on Alex's head?) (me, pretending you knew this information already.) Well, this is his representation of himself. His sona, avatar, whatever you wanna call it. He has full control over the pocket dimension, since he is the pocket dimension, so he has the ability to manifest this... Little guy. He uses this to interact with anyone who comes into the pocket dimension. (Otherwise, you'd just hear his voice coming from the sky, which isn't nearly as inviting.)
