Stan Lee’s passing was hard for all of us and I’ll miss seeing his cameos. The man was a legend and we should all smile when we think of him instead of feel sad. He was an incredible man that got to live a very long life and share his creations with the world.

If it weren’t for him, I wouldn’t be drawing or creating stories. I was hooked on The X-men the moment I picked up a comic about Gambit when I was about six. To this day Marvel has been an inspiration in my work and I wouldn’t have created several of my own characters that I love without the amazing work of Stan Lee. Caliban was even named after one of his mutants.

Rest easy Stan Lee. We’ll all miss you.
