set in la, fizz is a pretty famous primarily deaf musician who composes music using his prior knowledge of what chords, notes and other musical components sound like (kind of like Beethoven.) he goes to university of southern California, where he majors in creative writing, hoping to put a new perspective in writing as someone with such a strange life. (so ye, the incident still happened.)

Ozzie on the other hand, is an ABSOLUTE ICON in like, every way imaginable. he's one of those guys who no one really knows how or when he rose to fame, but everyone knows him. having the namesake of the sin of lust, he writes boastful and well-written songs about lust. he also is a fashion icon and a heavy diversity appreciator.

the pair met at a sort of met gala/red carpet event, in which the two shared an admiration for each other. (Ozzie ovi knew some sign, but Fizz also had someone to convert his asl to english.)

the two kept in touch and started collaborating more often, which led to them getting closer. Ozzie became fluent in sign and really enjoyed being around Fizz, so did Fizz with Ozzie. one night, Ozz receives a letter from the deaf star, in which he confesses his love. he professes that he understands if that changed anything between the two, but he could no longer keep it a secret. luckily the only thing that change was their relationship status; from friends to lovers.

Shout out to that character who acts boastful, egotistical, and confident at times because in reality they have severe anxiety and trauma. You know, the one that’s a large public figure that has an abusive boss who leads them to believe they aren’t worth anything without them? They also are in love with a different character who has a smooth deep voice. You don’t know who I’m referring to? Oh, okay.
