Is my oc to much like the Krampus?

This is my oc, that I made some time ago. I've posted about him before. He is basically an assassin. People write down on their list (giftlist or smt isk what that's called in English) who they want dead. My oc, Unholly-Claus then kidnaps them in his sac and hangs them by the neck in a huge tree. Eyeballs and organs as ornaments. Then on Christmas-eve he packs what's left of the organs and puts it under the tree of the one who requested the murder. 𖤐

Then we have the Krampus ofc. I found out about him way after I created my oc. The Krampus comes from Sinterklaas, a Dutch fest (I also live in the Netherlands). The Krampus isn't really involved anymore though, scared kids idk. But Sinterklaas is kind of Santa Claus, but little different. Every year he comes on his boat from Spain to bring gifts. Children who have been naughty get kidnapped to Spain. The Krampus used to be the one who like kidnaps the kids. ⸸

But this isn't what worries me the most. Because the Krampus is now also associated with Christmas and in the last movie, he looks a lot like my character:

He asked for an Opeth patch and the other one is based of an printerest pin. "Cannabis Corpse" instead of Cannibal corpse (my brother used to smoke weed)⚜

Also the Opeth patch was way harder and took way more time than the Cannabis Corpse patch, wich I didn't expect. The Cannabis Corpse one was done in like 2-3 hours, while I've been working on the Opeth patch for weeks.⛤

I made the outline a little bigger than usual, because this time I won't have to sew them on and I don't want to torture whoever is going to see them on with that.⛥

⚜⚰Vlad the Impaler comics 1993⚰⚜

I've just bought these and I absolutely love them, I had to search for quite a long time to find a place to buy them, since they're from 1993 and from America and since ⸸r𖤐mp is trying to ruin the world the taxes are higher than the price of the comics itself. Eventually I got really lucky and I got them in the Netherlands (were I also live) and they were underpriced as hell. ⛤
