Btw if u learn to love insects & spiders & etc then you will have more chances to feel less lonely. You can look at the drain flies in you bathroom or the spiderweb by your counter and know that there is something little and divine there. That u are sharing ur space, witnessing and being witnessed without judgement. When u pay attention to the little crawling guys you have more chances to be kind and that ALWAYS makes me feel better
